Hey man. Welcome to the forum first off. You'll find lots of support here. It's a great site. Secondly, yeah I get an erection some times when stretching but all I do is relax and do a reverse kegal for a few seconds. That's where you use your PC muscle like your trying to force your piss out. That helps relax your dick and therefore lose your erection.

I'm back. I was trying to get back to post sooner but the forum was down. I feel like I have lost most of the gains I had when I first started. I think I fell victim to what happens to many guys in that I did Penis Enlargement so much when I first started and then burned out. I am going to keep a better schedule and I realize my Penis Enlargement sessions do not have to be an hour long. Good luck everyone!
 
Well, I've actually been cautiously trying Penis Enlargement for the past week and I think it's great stuff! I'm horny as hell and my erections are mostly great.

I just jelqed correctly today for the first time (I used a palm-down grip). Whoa mama! What a feeling! That's crazy stuff, man! I can't wait to jelq again tomorrow!

Isolated Compression Squeezes
In a 95% erect state Kegel as march blood into penis as you can now trap this blood at the extreme base. With your other hand grab your penis just below the glans (head) Now with some good pressure push these hands together so the area between the hands is compressed. Once in a compressed state make small rotary movements to the penis in space between your hands. Do this for a 30 second count.

Step One:
In a 95% erect state Kegel as march blood into penis as you can
now trap this blood at the extreme base using the ok grip.

Step Two:
With your other hand grab your penis just below the glans (head)

Step Three:
Push both hands together so the area between the hands is compressed.
Once in a compressed state make small rotary movements to
the penis in space between your hands.
