That is fine, the idea is to super-set the Bathmate with Manual exercise and this can be accomplished using many different jelqing exercises. I created this routine with fluid retention in mind and SSJ really help evenly distribute any fluid build up.
 
Just wanna add a couple of tips I learned from vacuum pumping that I am using with the Bathmate:
-first, HEATPAD, HEATPAD, HEATPAD.... you will get a better expansion if you warm up some 5 or 10 min before the set AND DURING the set.. I know the water is warm and that helps, but the warmer the better...
-second, DON"T PUMP PAST YOUR BPenis EnlargementL FOR A LOT OF TIME... I know the funnier thing about pumps is tracking the lenght expansion gain but since the Bathmate doesn't have a gauge its hard to guess how strong you are going... think of the pressure gauge as the RPM gauge in a racecar and the lenght gauge as the speedometer... its fun to know how fast you are going, but the rpms tell you how much stress it is in the engine.. in a vaccum pump if you keep the pressure in the 5-7hg range you will not get the fluid build up and if you want you can pump some 20 mins before having sex to get the chubby look without the "frankeinstein" penis or messing up your erection.. if you go too strong you will get the blisters... I do 3 20min sets at the computer with low pressure and some jelking in between with almost no fluid build up (again, with the heatpad...)
and third, IF YOU GET THE BLISTERS and wanna get rid of them quick, get it erect, clamp it at the base and wrap the blister area... you can do a few wraps with a strip of soft cotton cloth from an old t-shirt held by scotch tape... I use a double sided velcro strap on top of the cotton, or you can try a bandaid... the idea is to push the build up back in place... you can get it to go away in as little as 5-10 min if the build up isn't too much..
oh, and I also do the cable clamp with some light girth exercises, it helps to keep the extra girth for a little longer...
also, I do the lenght exercises before pumping, it gets too sore afterwards... If I were to do the Bathmate, and use exercises as well, switching between them every 5 minutes for a whole 20 minutes, and then fuck a girl with a cockring on, 1. How big do you think I will get? 2. How long will it stay that size for? 3. How long will it be big for (during intercourse)?

Can you teach me the BEST way to deal with this for a night out at the club before bringing a girl home?
i.e What's the best routine I could do to get ridiculously huge temp girth gains, and maintain this for 6 hours? Will I need to wear a cockring in the club or something? What if it slips off? ahaha.

(evil laugh... ) lol just kidding... first let me tell you I am not THE Bathmate authority, but I can share what I've been doing based on my past vacuum pump experience. about 9 months ago I was barely 5" in girth by just under 6" lenght. I do dld hand stretches and jelquing almost everyday and pump 3-5 days a week, now with the Bathmate I use it pretty much everyday for about 20 min in the shower. my girth now is about 5 5/8 and it will go past 6 1/2 pumped. you probably won't get that much expansion on your first times but let me tell you how I do it. again, this is what works for me, there are many other good routines on this site...

1- warm up with a heat pad doing dld hand stretches for 5-10 min
2- keep a good erection as you enter the Bathmate and during the sets, �naked people movies� and viagra help...
3- you gotta keep the pressure at 5-7hg. since the Bathmate does not have a gauge, try to keep your lenght inside the Bathmate at not more than your BPenis EnlargementL. sometimes on the first set I start going as far as it will go for 30secs to a min to give it a little stretch, then bring it back to the BPenis EnlargementL. keep the heatpad on at all times...
4- time your sets at about 15 to 20 mins. I do 3 sets of 20 mins , trying to keep it as hard as I can. you can grab the tube and bring it up and down in a jerk of motion to help the erection, plus some �naked people movies�, �naked people movies�, tube8, you get the idea...
5- do about 5 min of ssj jelqs or some other type of jelq in between the sets to help the circulation...

after that do some more ssj, get it to about 50% erect, wrap a strip of cloth tight at the base and do a cable clamp and get it to 110% erection with some light handwork and �naked people movies�... to get rid of any head fluid build up wrap a soft cloth around the blister and secure it with scotch tape. I keep it on for as much as I can, about a half an hour or so... then I may just get it erect, put the cloth band at the base and secure it a thin strip of double sided velcrostrap, found at homedepot. I then leave it alone like that for another few hours. just check it regularly to make sure the head isn't cold (no good..)

that will probably be your best expansion, right after the cable clamp set. replace the clothband with a cockring and you are ready to fuck! erections will be weaker in the first hour or so after the set , viagra does the trick. use a easily removable and adjustable cockring, like a leather strip with the rivets, so you can get it off easily. even without the cockring you will get a good girth, I get anywhere between 1/2 to 3/4 expansion without the ring. about an inch with the ring on...

you will have to try that by yourself a few times to learn how your body responds. don't go too hard on the first few times , increase the duration of the sets as you get good results.

sometimes I still have an extra 1/2" more than 12 hours after the set. with a light cloth/ velcrostrip combination sometimes I can keep the whole inch for over 4 hours, but not everytime, usually when I am at planning on the dirty things I will be doing to wifey... I sometimes go out for a few hours with the strip on and no boxers and get glimpses of females looking at that huge bulge on the jeans, that's priceless....


try that and let me know how it goes... good luck and jelq and stretch everyday, the pump alone won't do any miracles..... BOB

So I have been following your newbie routine for the past 6 weeks and I was wondering when I get the Bathmate should i be doing your Bathmate Girth Blasters everyday or every other day? I might start off every other day for the first week or two then move up to around 5 days a week. Also, do you think the Bathmate and Bathmate stretches you were talking about while erect will help me close the gap between my flaccid stretch and EL? So far in the 6 weeks ive seen an improvement in flaccid length/girth and BPFSL but it hasn't yet transferred into EL gains. I know this can take awhile so im patient but it seems like the Bathmate could help speed this up.

I think you can start right away. After 6 weeks you should be conditioned enough. Take it slow the first couple of time to become accustomed to the learning curve. If you have any problems or questions please do not hesitate to ask.

First of all sorry for my grammatical mistakes since English is not my mother language :)

I´ve tried Today this superset routine and while the expansion was nice it wasn´t as big as some users have reported here. Maybe 0.25" at most.

Is there any chance that in the future I get more expansion?

Also I´ve been planning two do this routine twice daily (one session in the morning and one in the evening). Of course each session is a bit shorter, about 30 minutes (5 mins Bathmate + 5 mins SSJ x 3). I´ve seen here that most members do this routine about 50 minutes straight so more or less it would be the same :)

My objective is to be "engorged" all day long so hopefully I will gain faster.

I really want to gain about 1 inch in girth as soon as possible (I´m already fine with my length) so these are the only exercises I´ll do.

I´ve tried it Today (4 supersets in the morning and 3 in the afternoon) and it felt good, no pain or discomfort or whatever

What do you think? :)

.25" is still decent expansion but you could up it by doing longer sets, 10 minutes Bathmate, 10 minutes SSJ. This will more than likely double your post-girth expansion. To keep the pump for longer I suggest a cock ring, light clamp or some kind of tie-off.
 
I'm going to try these tonight but I don't like spending really long sessions doing Penis Enlargement so I guess I'll start off with 10 minutes after pumping and jelqing tonight. Man it's been like a week since I've been able to Penis Enlargement been so busy but I had a crazy erection last night and my unit appears and feels thicker then normal.

Hey DLD, is it normal to have a crazy erection following these things? After I did about 10 minutes of these (I don't know if I did them right but it takes practice of course) I used the extender for about 2 and a half hours and by the middle of the night I woke up to a CRAZY erection i mean I just knews I was hitting 7 inches cause the head was covering my belly button and I grabbed it with both hands and still had around in inch poking out. Crazy, of course it went away when I woke up but all day i've been sitting with a nice hang and girth has been good today. 5 inches at least. Although length is back to normal actualyl slightly worst as I've only been hitting 6" in length compared to my normal length 6.5" sometimes even less then 6.

Then again I can't get rock hard erections on my own and have never been able to without sexual activity.
 
Rather than the SSQ i have mixed in the good ole Supra Slammer inbetween Bathmate sets. Pump for 10, release, do 5 supra slammers then pump again for 10 and finish with 5 more slammers.
