I have very strong eq and it became a habit for me to do girth right before sex and since I have no eq issues. Some men will experience fatigue after girth and find it difficult to become 100% erect, my advice is what it has always been Kegel you ass off!

It's not so much an EQ issue, rather I just tend to go flaccid with no enlargement after i've had the cock ring on a few minuets.

Perhaps you need a tighter ring? You could try to wrap once with ACE and roll the cock ring over the ACE to create more hold.

My current ring can go any tightness, is it normal to go to flaccid after applying a cock ring? - not immediately bare in mind.

For me the time can very when I go flaccid, but that's one good reason to repump frequently or do any other type of girth work

Yup and if you can't use you BathMate just get in a good 5 minutes of jelqing and expansion will return and you can attach the ring again.
