As long as the ring is not so tight you should be fine but be sure to check on things regularly to be sure no issues are happening. Once you understand and get used to it you will not need to check so much. It is always best to be safe than sorry.

I do pack it every time :) .
But but my penis base is still thinner the the rest of my penis . Any suggestion how to improve my penis base and make it and gain a bigger girth there too ? perhaps bigger then the resto of it ;).

You could do low-grip stretches which will bring out you inner dick along with extra girth. Other than that I think ulis will help you as well

That is exactly what it is, a reinvention and improvement of the last. Always putting tracing paper on what works and improving from there. PE is a art form that is constantly evolving and we are on the cutting edge of this evolution.

One of the things that can happen in PE is when certain exercises can work for someone while for some others dont work at all..maybe lack of consistency,doing them wrong,not enough intensity etc...The srt is one of the best routines etc but i havent tried it fully.I have only tried the stretchings n jelquins n the SSJ LOL

I am putting much hope in the theory that men do not grow equally because they are not stretching the Tunica enough. I believe some men do, like myself as I have done Bundled Stretches since the beginning on my PE, I came up with them in 2002. So I think, just like me, other men have successfully stretched their Tunica allowing for easier gains while other men, who have not stretched their Tunica enough, end up with slower gains.

The best girth program in my mind is the SRT BathMate/SSJ workout. This brings the expansion and gains in girth come much quicker than any other method. BathMate HardCore Stretches are for length, not girth, they are an Expressive Stretch, or an internal exercise that brings more penis from inside the body out. The SRT 5x5x3 routine is a formidable workout by itself.
 
So after bathmate what do you think works better a cockring, or something like ace wrap (flaccidjacket)? Cock ring seems to work better to hold the girth but at can't keep it on as long as flaccid jacket. I cut the jacket any ways so its only on bottom half of the penis towards the base and the rest seems to get enough blood and stays plump, like a half cock wrap

Why not try an AM length session then wrap - then a PM girth session with a cock ring.

That is how I rock it, AM for Length PM for Girth. My reasons are that I am so tired in the morning and I lack concentration, stretching does not need concentration, only intensity. I only become horny at night so this is when I do my girth work. If I had a girlfriend I would do my girth work right before sex so I was at my biggest.
