I'll have to fix all my measurements if I measure that way. I have .25"-.5" fat pad, always fluctuates. I'll see how it goes next measurement and get a BPFSL as well. Thanks.

I am still at the 1 inch mark but it is fading everyday. My biggest problem is I don't want to be too skinny to have a .25" fat pad, I just do not look healthy like that, as I need to drop to 145 pounds to make it happen. I think I will have to settle for 1/2" and stick to a body weight of 175.

the sick lock comes from loose skin. build some muscles and that goes away! :)

Why stop there? Take your body to a new level. Someplace it hasn't been. Next week, my daughter is done with basketball so I can go to my schedule again of training. I've built my back into something great. I love the way my "wings" look lol. Then I'm gonna move onto my chest and abs. I've never built them. Only arms and legs. I'm changing my body to what I perceive it can be and will be. You've done so much already, so keep going.

Yes, I really want too start weight training. My body is naturally very muscular but AIM was saying something about skin sagging and I have noticed a bit of that. Ideally I would love to get back to the days I was body building, I really looked great. Just got to get the confidence up to actually get to a gym. I will not follow through at home so if I have to pay for it I will definitely use it.

I did as well. The hassle is with the traffic and the people. I hate waiting on people. I set up my bench in my room so when I get home, I throw on shorts, warm up and workout. I'm seriously considering hooking up a TRX system. Make some room and can be used for hanging.

That's what I did while hanging, that was my medium weight set lol. I would turn side to side to get that insane base pull. Feels like I'm a massachist the way I feel sad when I don't do crazy things to my dick.
