Haven't updated but have been training daily. Friday was 2 sets of just using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]. ⬆,⬇,⬅,➡ along with some bundling. And no I wasn't playing Contra lol.
Saturday was great. Morning and noon sets. Nothing crazy, just some bundling and stretching straight down with legs and straight out as well. Best part was at night, hanging 40 lbs at night. Best record. I started with 20 lbs for the warm up, 1 min, then 2 min with 30 lbs, then said fuck it, I'm feeling good, my wrap is good, gonna do it. Threw on 40 lbs and hung for 10 minutes. Felt great. Slight tingling but nothing bad. Massaged for 5 min and followed that with 13 min of 40 lbs. Woke up fatigued like I was a newbie again.
Sunday, I got one set in the afternoon. Some bundling and straight out with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] only. At night, I got 10 min with 40 lbs, 5 min massaging and then fatigued, I did 30 lbs for 15 min. I'm gonna follow my own advice and continue on high weight and short sets. I warm up with bundles and massaging for 5 min followed by 1-2 min with 20 lbs hanging. Then the high weight. No pain but good fatigue. Can feel everything getting pulled down by that weight. Felt great. Will try to add more sets as I can at night. Hopefully. Took pics so I will throw them up when I get on the computer.
