Last night I got in one set of 20 min hanging 20lbs. Then I said f-it and threw the 45lb on and God almighty, it felt fucking great. Such a great pull all over and inside. This time, I was able to get 1 minute holds with the plate. I'm ecstatic. I lifted it for 1 minute than lowered it but didn't let all the weight get off. I did this for 15 min until it got to be too much and then I threw the 20lb back on for 10 more minutes. I followed that with 10 min of edging and threw my sleeve on. Needless to say, I'm feeling good about myself.

I felt fine twisting with the 20lb. Not so much with the 45. Not yet at least and I need to hold it for longer than a minute. Then I will do the twist lol 😁
 
Did one set with 20 lbs for 30 minutes then got in 10 minutes with the 45. My penis just wasn't into to it so I put the 20 back on and he didn't like it either. Felt great. Dull pain from the base and ligs so I know I was stretching right and hard. I finished with 15 minutes of edging and threw my sleeve on for bedtime. I'm feeling good I only missed one day so far and I'm continuing to increase the weight and time I'm holding it. I'm gonna get that 45 lbs hanging soon. I damn will.

Mine isn't too accustomed to it so I'm gonna stop using the 45lb and just keep adding weight until I can use it. I'm glad I'm starting at 20lbs where I left off. I'll be adding 2.5lbs tomorrow night already. I'm glad I'm moving up already.

20 pounds is a killer weight against a Bundle. I would do these first in your routine for a few minutes, in both directions to really loosen up the Tunica.

My first set with 20lbs I twisted 10 min to the left and 10 to the right. Then my second set I did 22.5lbs, twisted 10 min left and 10 min right with 5 min straight down. Felt good, had a nice hang and then I edged for 15 min. Wore my sleeve almost all day. I'm gonna switch between twists and regular hanging.
 
Found my 20lb kettle bell and I am hanging 25lbs right now. Will finish my second set soon. Gonna do mandingo kettle bell stretches tomorrow morning and try every morning I can. I also ordered the [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]fleshlight[/words] [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stu[/words] and will be here Tuesday or later.
 
Couldn't get in the mandingo kettle bell so I just did regular mandingo stretches. I was able to get in about 35-40 min of hanging with 25lbs. I hung for 15 min straight down and then put the kettle bell on my base to do Priapus90 style. I kept my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] on and attached it to my weight bench. Didn't really feel it so I put 30 lbs to hang and that felt ok. After 10 min I took it off and hung 20 lbs for a bit. I then massaged for a bit and edged for about 15 min.

So good to hear. I hope this really speeds up your gains.
 
Got in a great routine last night. Hung 30 lbs for 35 min with twisting to the left and right for 10 min each. Felt great, pulling ligs and inner Penis. Followed that up with 45 min of jelqing. It felt so damn good jelqing for so long. Been years since I did that. Was fat as hell and woke up fat to. Feeling awesome.
 
Had free time today so I got in 35 min hanging 25lbs with some twisting. Followed that with 35 min of jelqing. Felt so good again and got fat again. Took a shower to warm down and continued to edge some more to stay fat and hard. Gonna see how I feel tonight to either hang or jelq or both to continue my journey. My ligs and base are sore but don't hurt that I can't do anything. I'll see tonight.
