Cause I'm about to give that a shot for a good 5 minutes worth of stretching in a minute. But it sounds pretty close. Obviously using lube on the ring so it can slide down farther and farther and keeping the glans area dry enough to stretch.

I just have no desire to hold a uli for that long. Sounds crampy.

I tried it last night but I wound up sticking with erect stretches. My friggin pc muscle kept pushing the ring up the shaft so I was stretching with one hand and pushing the ring down with the other. It was intense but probably not as good as blasters. I'd trouble shoot but honestly by the end of my routine Idk if I WANT more intensity than what I did last night.
 
Well in case you ever need more you can try the soft wrap :blush:. Which ring did you use? I bet it has awesome grip because ones I had were kind of squishy, and don't give the compression I like

I'm using doc Johnson's, which are actually turning out to be pretty good for pe. It's just a bitch because I need to use lube to slide it down and when I Kegel, voluntarily or not, the thing gets pushed back up.
 
I remember there are some on the horseshoe ring site labeled 'jelqing rings' made from nitrile or something. I'd give those run, but they're overpriced I think
 
In case it hasn't been mentioned I would use body powder as a hand grip. All this cock ring usage for this stretch I am indifferent to. I will sit on my chair and have my feet up on the table and stretch downward between my legs if possible, or do as mentioned and lay on the bed and stretch down towards the feet. Whatever works for you really. Since I am using the body powder for grip I just hold each stretch for 60 seconds at a time and then get re-erect again and repeat the stretch. I'm not really trying to jerk or continually dig deeper, but someone can correct me on that if I am wrong.

Edit: Someone let me know if you think this stretch can be sustained for more than 60 seconds at a time? I haven't gotten that far to know yet.

DLD, is this exercise more beneficial continually regrabbing internal with the base, grabbing deep within the base and hold that stretch for say 60 seconds and reapply, or possibly both? Of course the other hand is just under the head too.
 
I think the way you do it now is perfect. You'll inevitably loose a bit of erection strength while performing it, but don't worry if you haven't been able to last a whole sixty seconds

It really is an amazing exercise and for those who understand, the potential is incredible. It simultaneously trains girth, length and edging at once. I use it for at least 20-30 minutes before allowing myself to shoot one off.

It will take some time before I am conditioned enough for that. Got some red dots that were a bit too big for my liking. Going back to jelqs for a while so I wont need so much recovery time. Love this exercise though.

It is intense and some spotting will happen in the first week or two but eventually this will fade. It is here for you when your ready! :)
 
Tried this exercise last night again. I'm thinking I did it correctly. Get an erection at 100% then with the left hand reverse OK grip at the extreme base as deep as possible and pull outwards while forming the standard OK grip with right hand under glans and also pulling outwards until erection loses quality then start over. Am I right?

Perfect! And remember to manipulate your penis during the session, some squeezes here, some stretches there. Get creative!
 
totally forgot about these and that the fact that I posted in this thread 3 years ago.

i used to do these back in the day alongside my kegels. this is when i was first getting into PE in 2014.

i'll have to reincorporate these because I wasn't consistent with them in the beginning. now i'm more disciplined in PE so it's a good time add this piece to the puzzle

This is the all new exercise is the end all girth and length practice that will pack on inches of girth and length through it’s powerful one way compression. The main goal in SRT and gaining size is to not only stretch the size we currently have but to access inches of hidden penis found just below the pubic bone and all the length that goes to your rectum. I like to use adult entertainment as a catalyst for the work but I go with the most innocent martial as possible. As more and more of the internal penis comes forward you will be able to make longer jerks in motion as new penis will appear. 

I like to spend about 45-60 minutes doing these to get the best results. After you can go two directions, go and use the massive temporary gain or slip right into another exercise or the SG, Bathmate etc. Going into the Bathmate directly after for a couple of short sets of 3 minutes in the tube and 3 out seem to seal the deal.

It’s a stretch I came up with after I bought my first FleshLight . It’s a super sexy way to do some awesome PE work. Plus as far is premature ejaculation goes , the FleshLight is the perfect tool to practice on For brothers to master control when they have an orgasm.
 
I guess do you pull from the head the entire time after you grip there? How does this express the inner penis? Do you do a static stretch at all or just a constant reach and pull from the base. A video would help if any member would be nice enough to video it

I like to do bundled DLD blasters + size blasters +erect stretches +bathmate hardcore stretches finish off by putting on a cocking

Doesn’t it make the whole routine so much more fun? It’s hard to get bored when you’re doing so many things at once and it’s also a pretty pleasurable workout.
 
I am happy you approve my workout I added the bundled DLD blasters to pre stretch the tunica before I do the size blasters to add more size while I pull my internal penis out.

Not to discourage you but after I made my initial 2 inch gain in 6 months it took me another 10 years for the last 2 inches

I've been reading this a few times & feel a bit confused. is this expressive stretching + pump hardcore stretches?
 
You want to push your lower hand deep into your Fat pad while you're stretching with the other hand outward.. If you keep Pushing deeper while you're stretching You can expose more entrepreneur to stretch
