this is one of the more inspirational threads here on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] regarding the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], and I'm trying to follow suit or at least learn a couple of things from J1L.
Spring is stretching with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] under 1500g. This means that if you turned the screws to adjust the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] there is still some give in the tension. Another explanation is if you push on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] where you strap in the glands towards the base, there is still some give from the springs.
Locked is when you have zero give in the springs. If you adjust the thumb screws and there's no spring tension, that is locked. That means the more you adjust with the thumb screws, the more it just stretches your penis without any springs force. Reading the recent DLD [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] tips, it's what he refers to as active stretching. Where springs stretches would be passive in most cases at low tension.
I put a link to the bridge stretches in a recent reply. There are diagrams I made to show how to do them. Thanks for reading and thanks to DLD for hosting [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].
