5/5/14: 3x5 minutes clamping, 20 min SD stretching + 1 hour [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]

5/6/14: 1 hour [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

The stretching is going well so far. I think I am creeping up to 7 7/8" BPFSL. I am going to continue with the stretching at medium intensity and keep a very close watch on PI's and BPFSL before each workout.

I am committed for my life to being celibate and it can be challenging sometimes but for Jesus I am willing to give it up as it brings me closer to the Holy Family and allows my prayers to have so much more power, and I pray for everyone here. 5/7/14: 2x5 min clamping. Sets didn't feel very productive so I cut the workout short and skipped stretching.

5/814: No night time/morning erections so I took the day off. I think the clamping combined with the manual + [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is too much. I am going to lay off the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work for now.

5/914: OFF- hungover from birthday and I wanted to be fulled rested before resuming routine.

5/10/14: 12 minutes SD stretching + 5 min clamping

5/11/14: 10 minutes SD stretching + 5 min clamping. Much better flaccid hang today before the workout. Also night time erections have resumed.
 
Its been awhile since I posted but I'm still hitting the clamping. I have pretty much stopped the manual stretching right now as I don't really have much time and I think it was hurting my EQ.

The clamping is going well though. I don't think I have any measurable girth gains but I know I'm still holding steady at 5.25". Since I have now moved into a new apartment with no room mates I decided to dust off the old [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words]. The last two workouts I did a nice med intensity 5 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session followed by two 5 minute clamping sessions. The extra girth seemed to stay around a little longer. So, for now I will stick with this routine on a 1 on/ 1 off schedule. As I increase the intensity of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session I think I will start to add in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches. Another good session today. I increased the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] vacuum more and reached 180mm. I am not at the full vacuum level yet because I'm trying to gradually reintroduce the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] into my clamping routine. I also added 3x40 sec [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] hardcore stretches. I think I will add 1x40 second stretch each workout. I have also noticed a nice thick flaccid hang going these past four days.

Me too and lengthly...I think some of it is the damn heat here in Massachusetts, stupid hot and my air conditioner does not work but my flaccid size is amazing:)

I think that combo was a little tough on me. I am also up to 8x40 sec [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches. Hoping these will add some new length and base girth.

I am following this schedule with a 5on/2off frequency. So far so good, I have good EQ and a nice flaccid hang going on. I'll report back in a couple more weeks with an update. Keep stretching and engorging!

I think you will see better results with the new pump routine. As much as guys clamp you would think there would be greater gains reported but it seems that more men are dropping clamps for BsathMates.

I did 3x5 minute sets with increasing pressure each set. The expansion was amazing! About .4”, which for me is great.

After 12 years of no consistent PE I kept most of my original gains. Starting in 2010 I was 6.75”x4.75”. Today I am 7.25x5. I will try to post here as much as possible with updates. It’s great to be back!

The beat up skin was from regular air pumping. With the Bathmate I see no skin trauma and a nice healthy pink color.

I mainly use feeling as a guide for intensity, but I also use the comfort sleeve as a reference. I can see how much of the white plastic is visible above the grey rubber line if that makes sense. I estimate that my last set of 5 minutes was at about 2/3 max pressure. I am not rushing don’t worry

Thanks! Glad to be back. This forum always had a great sense of community. I’m bummed I didn’t stay consistent, imagine how much further I’d be over the last 12 years. But that’s ok, it’s not too late. I just turned 39 and have many years to use it still ahead.

As the protocol goes, use the 5x5x3 as a baseline. 5 minutes either starting out with SSJ or 5 minutes on the pump, and switch between the pumping and SSJ to expand internally and force more internal expansion through external negative pressure. As a long time avid pumper, you already know that the best expansion is through the most erected penis you can perform during pumping.

We've been experimenting in the past decade on modulating the time period. If you have a harder time staying erect in the pump, use more SSJ. If you can maintain good erection in the pump, put equal part between pumping and SSJ. Sometimes, add more than 3 sets will give a better results. A few brothers tried ranging their sets from 3 to 5, and at times 7. Some of us are crazy enough to push for 10 or more.

If you want to get that extra benefit of length while pumping, the suggestion is to focus on 15 to 20 minutes to start for bundled routines before the girth routines. As you enter back into intermediate and advanced stages again, switch up between 30 to 45 minutes of bundled stretches before the girth routine. The better the gears you have for bundle stretches, like the length master, the less time you have to do bundled stretches.

Had another great 3x5 Bathmate session tonight. I’m going to try for daily sessions as long as I don’t get too fatigued.

Also had a great session between the sheets about 2 hours post pumping. I forgot how the Bathmate seems to magically improve hardness of erections, especially compared to traditional air pumping for me.
