Hm. 2/3 max pressure generally falls around -6 or -7inHg. This is just a guestimate. It can be widely off.
As the protocol goes, use the
5x5x3 as a baseline. 5 minutes either starting out with
SSJ or 5 minutes on the pump, and switch between the pumping and
SSJ to expand internally and force more internal expansion through external negative pressure. As a long time avid pumper, you already know that the best expansion is through the most erected penis you can perform during pumping.
We've been experimenting in the past decade on modulating the time period. If you have a harder time staying erect in the pump, use more
SSJ. If you can maintain good erection in the pump, put equal part between pumping and
SSJ. Sometimes, add more than 3 sets will give a better results. A few brothers tried ranging their sets from 3 to 5, and at times 7. Some of us are crazy enough to push for 10 or more.
If you want to get that extra benefit of length while pumping, the suggestion is to focus on 15 to 20 minutes to start for bundled routines before the girth routines. As you enter back into intermediate and advanced stages again, switch up between 30 to 45 minutes of bundled stretches before the girth routine. The better the gears you have for bundle stretches, like the
length master, the less time you have to do bundled stretches.
