Had another great 3x5 Bathmate session tonight. I’m going to try for daily sessions as long as I don’t get too fatigued.

Also had a great session between the sheets about 2 hours post pumping. I forgot how the Bathmate seems to magically improve hardness of erections, especially compared to traditional air pumping for me.

Another good training session today:

10 minute Mandingo stretches
5 min jelq
3x5 bathmate
Post session cockrings
Expansion 3/8” post pumping .5” with rings on

I noticed today the stretches really loosened up my tissues and mostly skin. The Bathmate pressure felt much more comfortable today. I think my tight skin is my limiting factor right now. I will keep this routine for the next couple weeks before I add any more time or SSJ supersets
 
Exercises, like water pumping, cycling new blood into the penile tissues. When the tissues detect good blood flow containing bioavailable resources to use for rebuilding, things lean into the positive direction. Slightly higher pressure than the normal +5inHg in the penile tissues also forces the tissues to become "alive". This is why PE routine doesn't stop. It's a lifetime commitment to keep your penis "alive".

6/15/26: 2x5 minutes pumping @5”hg

I wanted to give a little update. After much reflection and studying my past PE attempts I have finally accepted that I need plenty of rest days. I also need to keep my routine short with moderate intensity. This keeps my penis having high EQ and no contraction.

I’ve decided to pump for two 5 minute sets every other day. I’m going to keep this simple routine for the foreseeable future, and will report back here every few weeks with updates and hopefully small gains.

Length in pump this session was 7 11/16. Surprisingly good expansion for such a short session.
