Wow, you managed to break a stainless steel screw rod? Ask DLD and his sales team to get a replacement for the base. There's no other way around it.
No I didn't break it, I took a closer look at it yesterday. And somehow the screw inside between the piston and first rod (with the spring) that holds them in place got unscrewed. I screwed it back on with the screwdriver, and will test it today.

What I did notice the last day or two, when I woke up, my erection was strong as always, but my penis wouldn't stay up, but instead fall dawn lying on my stomach. At first I was thinking maybe a weak pelvic muscle for that level of EQ?

And I might do some hanging Sunday morning, and after that take a break for 2-3 days and measure my progress.

This is definitely due to overstressed loading. It happens with pumping too much for too long of a period under high pressures.

You can back off with a day on, day off routine so the body can restrengthen. You can even do a 2 days on, 1 day off just to give the tissues a chance to recuperate a bit more.

I believe he should start out with 2 on 1 off. I mean, if that's too much, then switch to 1 on 1 off.

Brothers tend to worry about EQ level to enjoy a bit of fun with their loved ones. This is why 1 on, then 1 off. If the worry is not there, then 2 on, then 1 off. Always experiment.
 
Great, thanks for the idea guys. Could I start with 5-6on and 1-2off? Or would that be too much? And would off mean really doing nothing or could I still do some passive stuff like ADS/sleeve?

It's totally experimental, so if you feel good with that and there's no bad reaction Then you should be fine
 
Make sure to keep elongated while you have an off-day. Elongation keeps the cells recovered in an enlarged state, even at 500g of traction when you're wrapped.

My EQ was better this morning and I measured girth, and my EQ was at 13.3cm, so again progress, no idea why I didn't measure BPEL first. SInce I lost my erection while measuring.

Edit: Measured my BPEL again later on, was at 18.5cm

What's your opnion. Should I be taking the rest of the week off, just in case? Or should I continue with PE again, starting tomorrow (Friday) and measure BPEL next time?

Well, it was part of the basic/starter program, so I always tried to do it a couple of times a week, and still do. Also, no idea if I'm correct on this one, but I feel like it could help in preventing or at least reducing the turkey neck, that some guys get
