It has been a while since I have given an update on progress. In the past 2 years, I would say that 6 months has been spent actively Penis Enlargement'ing. Yet somehow, I have exceeded my gains during any 6 month period, or even any two-year period of my Penis Enlargement "career" aside from the first three months as a newbie. My routine has consisted of brief periods of intense Penis Enlargement followed by a brief period of cementing, followed by long rest periods.
The intense period lasts about one month, wearing my heavy-duty static stretcher at 7.5+ pounds of tension for about two hours daily, followed by a few hours of the medium duty (about 1-2 pounds, estimated). I also edge for about one hour most days after removing the medium duty.
The cementing period lasts about one month, where I wear the medium duty for as many hours per day as possible. My rest periods have ranged from one month to six months.
I am so darn near 7.5" NBPenis EnlargementL (2-inch gain) it is bugging me. Actually, I exceed 7.5" while edging after my Penis Enlargement sessions, but that is post-workout length that I don't count as gains.
The erect girth has stuck around 5.625", without any real girth work in the past couple of years. I might incorporate some girth work next time around.
