My thing, is, before I started my girth journy (3 months ago) My measurements would vary 1/4". It is possible I gained 1/8" from these past 3months, but I truly wouldn't know I'm gaining till I hit over that 1/4" mark regularly, thats why I aint gonna measure girth till another 3 months or at my 6month mark. I've listened to peps saying its a 6month to a year thing.
.75" in 6 months seems unreal! Even red, although his routine is like, not even as much time than our 2x 45-60 min. sessions daily, he was saying you wouldn't see gains till 6 months!?! :bullet:

Read the thread I made labled 'results of 5 weeks of clamping'
and read the IPR protocol stated in there.. you might find a thing or two that would answer your questions.

It all depends on your frame of mind. I'm slightly over 6.25 at the moment, and I dont 'feel' like i have a THICK cock. some guys feel like they're shane diesel at 5.5". Bottom line: its what you're happy with that matters. I personally wont be happy till I get to the high 6's or 7 inch midshaft girth range. I've hit that girth post Penis Enlargement temporarily several times and I know that's what I want in my pants with a normal, unassisted, 'dry' errection.
 
I will be giving the IPR protocol a GO starting on February 4th. I have done no Penis Enlargement since the end of October 2006, so my tunica better be deconditioned or I will sentence it to death by hanging.

R you worried in these recent (small) but still lose of gains. R cemented gains still fessibly lost when not continuelly worked out?
I now that gains(at least in length, cuz, if've only recently(6months) started on girth) come back quite easily. I lost a bit close to 1/2" in length and r slowly gaining them back.
My length standing last summer was an 1/8 under 6(nbp) and it dropped to abit more then 5 1/4" and now back to a tad over 5.5" :blush:
did get my girth up a bit so I can't compain
keep pushin na mean.
Also I just picked up myozene(new) it is a 16 serving size, tastes pretty horrible, 3 scoops per 16ounces of water, bla!
 
If you have been keeping up with my thread, you'll notice that I have shifted from the high-volume training method to low-volume training method of IPR. I am in the P-phase right now, and I am using the static stretcher from staticstretcher.com

I will post pics of it when I get time, because I need to take pictures, upload them to my computer, resize, post, etc.

The static stretcher can be worn for days on end compared to the andropenis. I owned an andropenis, and at first I could wear it 1.5-2 hours straight at low tension, but once the tension was increased, it became tough to go beyond 40-60 minutes.

I have been wearing the static stretcher for three days now and have been able to wear it 6 hours straight the first two days, and so far today for four hours and counting. Not light tension either, I have it stretching to my natural erection length plus 1/16".

It doesn't feel like there is any fatigue so far when I remove the stretcher, but the last couple nights I took it off to whack off before bed and once I got an erection, it felt pretty sore. That's a good sign in my opinion.
 
Dude, just a slight contradiction on my girth. Working on girth, and then if I decide to stretch a couple days, what seemed like cemented gains, I lose like about a 1/4" of girth, I think partially cuz when I stretch my erections weaken, and usually go back, and even harder days following a break from my stretch routine.
What I noticed in your log is: your were hit on 5.85 or something close to that, right. And that was during and before you talked about your 3 sessions daily which didn't last soo long, uhh, and those extended erections your talking about. Now what sorta tricks me is after that, how come some stat didn't cement? Your back down on girth buy a bit which only makes sense youll gain it back, but the last one seemed like it was their for a long time.
Maybe cementing is not for sure?

It takes more than that for cementing, or it is that combined with maintaince for it.
Anyway I did lose a 1/4" of girth last week and then stopped the stretching immediatly, I know seemed to have back that girth, with my daily sessions.
Only real problem is I'm under 6" nbp which bothers me, although am happy at the 5.5 girth, but right when I start to do length I lose on girth which kills me. Their is a contradiction on working on length and girth at the same time>:(

I did lose a little bit of girth from the time I measured at 5.875", but I don't think the 5.875" was completely legit. Although the measurement was taken a couple days after resting from Penis Enlargement, I think some of that girth was inflammation. At the time of the measurement, I was into heavy weights (15 pounds) with the Bib Starter, so I think that might have inflated my girth measurement slightly.

Happy at 5.625", but I'll work it up when I'm done with length.

Yes, it's possible. I do it all the time. Rarely do I have it on without clothes.

I wear the stretcher about 6 hours daily (for the past four days) and the static wrap about 6 hours.

The tension can be cranked up, but not quite as high as the noose-strap hangers. Pretty close though. However, the goal with this stretcher is long-term wearage, not super-high tension. I have worn it 4 hours straight at my BPenis EnlargementL+ without even needing to re-wrap.

I will in time. The best position for the stretcher is upward, wearing reasonably loose jeans and an untucked shirt over, preferably thick like a sweater or hoodie.

The static wrap can be worn down with reasonably loose pants of any type, or with boxer briefs and any type of pant or shorts. Doesn't matter what sirt you wear with the static wrap.

Then the P-phase consisted of the static stretcher. It has been one month and I think I will continue the P-phase for a while longer, before decon. I have gained a little bit from this cycle, approximately 3/16".

I have logged about 200 hours with the stretcher and 120 hours with the static wrap in the past month.

I´m glad to hear you made the stretch past el! When you get more and more used to it, 1/4 or 1/2" beyond bpel can be worn without discomfort. Remeber to every 20 min approx. screw up your thumbscrews, and you will get faster results. Keep extending!

Where did you come upon the 20-minute mark? And how much would you suggest increasing every 20 minutes? After 16 hours, that amounts to A LOT of increase in stretch...

The reason it states that is because that appeared to be all that was needed to cause growth while maintaining comfort.

When I wore it - I dialed it up past that all the time. But I'm impatient...

NBPenis EnlargementL - 6.875"
BPenis EnlargementL - 7.875"
EG - 5.625"

So I have gained about 1/8" length in the past two months from wearing the Static Stretcher. I have logged 660 total hours with the device (500 from the stretcher, 160 from the Static Wrap). The only Penis Enlargement I have done in the past nine weeks was wearing this device. I think if I were to increase the fatigue by doing some manual stretching prior to wearing the device, my gains might speed up. I'm thinking about one month of decon before I go into that...

You kept commenting on the less intense stretch, though. If one can find a way to max out the intensity and wear for just as long, gains will be much larger over the two months, I think.

Congrats on the gains, though. I'm liking the Static Wrap for an IMMENSELY comfortable 6.5 inch stretch, but a more intense stretch for me is as high as 7.5-8 inches MAXIMUM after tissues losen up ... and sustaining THAT stretch for at least 8 hours per day would make me a VERY happy man. Working on it.

What did you measure the stretch at that you were using for the past two months? Our dicks are similar enough size for me to want me to consider what your intensity was to yield this gain.

Consider working some manual stretches into your routine, instead of using the SS as a sole means of Penis Enlargement.

What did you measure the stretch at that you were using for the past two months? Our dicks are similar enough size for me to want me to consider what your intensity was to yield this gain.
I think it would be difficult to get a more intense stretch with this device. When seated, I measured the stretch at 8 + 1/16" when fully stretched. Interestingly, when I tried increasing the tension by moving the nuts up 1/2", the length of the stretch did not increase very much, maybe 1/16" only, but the tension I felt definitely increased. The only problem is that this tension caused the wrap to slowly slip, causing a burn after several hours; an inconvenience I didn't want to deal with.
