Well since that last post I've been trying something a little different. I get fluid buildup from workouts hardcore, so I've been approaching it from a different angle. I'll workout hard for 15 or so minutes, about the time the fluid starts to roll in, and before the time I've worked it so hard I'm too sore to work again. I take a break for a while, massage it, hang golf weights, whatever and come back after 30 minutes or so and do another set. I've done three hard short sets and I'm not too sore or too overplumped full of fluid to work again. I will probably keep at it until I reach that usual soreness. Anyone ever tried something like this?
 
In regards to the fluid build up:

A little trick I have been doing lately is using parts of condoms to put over my "donut area". I unroll about an inch or two of a condom, cut it off, and roll that over my donut while clamped. This minimizes fluid buildup. One condom will get you through 3 or 4 sessions if you cut it right.
 
Well, I wish it were that easy... my fluid buildup consumes my entire penis.

But anyways - update on that super multi-session theory I tried out today. Not only could I easily control fluid buildup, but the engorgment I was getting by the 4th set was INSANE. I measured 5.75" EG at the base - I've never gotten over 5.6" EG or so... and it was rock hard. Definitely worth giving a shot - everybody.

I didn't hot wrap ever. This may not be a good idea for everybody. I just did a combination of 60 second Uli's, Iso Comp Squeezes, and DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s for about 15-20 minutes per set. I steered clear from fluid causing things like pumping and ADCing, and edged for 5-10 minutes in my set breaks, which lasted 20-30 minutes. I'm really excited about this guys.

It could very well be. I know that my dick, although completely straight, measures longer if I press it down so that it is perpendicular to the floor. I have a very high erection angle, and sometimes I have difficulties simply getting my dick in a horizontal position when trying to measure my EL. If it's not 100% ''in line'', the measurement is somewhat smaller, so I imagine that someone with an upward curve would experience the same thing.

My routine
Everyday atleast 5 days a week
Uli 10 for 30secs
Squeezes 10 for 30 Secs sometimes 5 for a minutes
Then I do squeezes up and down the shaft, almost like a jeq, but
I squeeze going up, release a little pressure, and go up, and squeeze for 20 secs.
This gives me about a 1/8th expansion beyond my normal girth.

Wow I can't believe no one posted a response to that last post I made. A .5"+ after workout pump (with little fluid buildup) is nothing to scoff at. Take a look at that post or the last few posts in my progress log for exactly what I did. The workout was amazing.

And yeah, don't sell yourself short guys. Punky, don't just go for 5"+, go for the 6". You can do it no problem, we are here to help. That goes for everybody. There would be no need to be a Girth Attack Soldier if you are only going for a little bit. We are going hardcore for the long haul. Everyone here can achieve that once unachievable goal, and myself and everyone else is here to push you and make sure you do it. If you try something new that you think may help someone, POST IT! We wouldn't need this if we are just rehashing old routines, we are on the forefront of girth gain potential. Come on guys, dedicate!
 
Everybody is different. I always measure before, several times during, and after a set to see what kind of expansion I'm getting. If you never get any fluid buildup I'd say anything over an 1/8" or so is pretty good. Most people do get some fluid though, especially with constrictors and squeezes - so I tend to shoot for .5" expansion. I just got finished with 2 of my 4 sets for today and I'm sitting at .4" expansion right now, hopefully at the end of the 4 I'll get more.

I don't know, I just use it as a guage to see how much work I've done. It's a tricky business with fluid buildup, which is why I've broken it down into 20 minute sets with 30 minute breaks to massage as much out as possible between sets. I know I'm getting more work done as my penis keeps expanding throughout my workout...
