my bp is in my sig. Unfortunately, my fat pad is like an inch and a quarter, so there's much work to do in nbp. I'm trying to lose weight as well and lengthen a bit. My ultimate length goal is 7 inchs nbp.
I can't help you w/ the pump threads as I'm not a pumper. Tried it in college w/ little results and I guess I still have a bad taste in my mouth.

Routine:
Clamping everyday for 1.5 hours.
1 day per week of all day clamping. 9 hours total. Usually Friday since I "rest" on weekends.
suppliment with pumping when i have the privacy, maybe once a week.

Here is my picture of measured girth, 5.125 (5 1/8). My routine will start tomorrow and will consist of 30 minutes jelq in the morning and an hour of clamping at night. I will also be watching my diet very closely and exercising regularly to aid in circulation. I take viagra before my clamping sessions as well.
though my stats are: length: 5.75" , girth 5" .... maybe more now ill measure tomorow and get back to you.. i have DEFINATLY seen a gain in the last week... so fingers crossed for me guys!.
girth attach goal: 5.5 - 5.75 ... Though in saying that I will be stretch soon too so that way when my length increases i can then increase my girth.... The last thing I want is a 5.75" length by 12" girth hehehehe.
I've added Slow Squash Jelqs to my Girth Attack reperetiore. It's been crazy finding a solid routine so I've tried about everything under the sun the past few days. You better watch out though guys - I'm gaining again =)
I've got a question though. Since the tape measure seems to be the preferred method over here, should I switch to it? I use twine string and a ruler to measure - I'm scared the tape might measure different. Oh well...
I wouldn't switch if you don't want to. How I see it you can measure what ever way you want as long as you measure that way every time you will know when you are making gains.
If the string method is what you use then keep doing it. Ive been using a tape rule for both since I first came here last Sept so that's what Ive been using since.
I agree with Kausion on that one. But if you'd rather switch, go right ahead. Just be prepared to find different measurements than you had. That could be good or bad, who knows?
Yeah so I'm up to 5 3/16" or about 5.2". Exciting!
I've also increased, 1/8". Freaky I know. I expect it to take longer for my next 1/8". Maybe not though. Otherwise, rough day for me guys - I'm discouraged as hell. The measurements just aren't going up - haven't in a while. I think I'm going to be stuck here for forever. FUCK!
