Frenulum seems all gone.
Do you still feel some thightness now? It's all ok during sex?
From the pics it doesn't seems there is more skin to tie, but maybe there is still some millimeters you can tie (difficoult to tell from a pic). I'd do another tie only if you feel some tightness/discomfort, if you feel ok there is no need to cut again, aesthetically it's already good.
Maybe you can also try rings as i told you last time.

If you don't have discomfort, you can also do nothing and stay like now.

Rings are used to cure phimosis, a condition when the prepuce skin it's not enought elastic. I don't know if it's your case, it's difficoult to tell from the pics. They stretch the skin and enlarge the precuce opening.
I know 2 products: "phimocure" (https://www.phimocure.net/) that is cheap and "phimostop" (Phimostop - Stop surgery - Heal phimosis without circumcision) that is more expensive. You can see instructions on how to use them on their website, but i don't think there is a rule on how often use them, but the more time you wear them and the more fast you'll get results.
But I repeat, it was just an idea, i don't know if they can be useful for you. Maybe you can try phimocure that is not much expensive and see what happens.

When you feel "small tightness", where do you feel it? Specifically on frenulum or generally on the prepuce?

To be honest I just wanted to see how it lookes, some people do this for more stimulation. I just like the look of a longer meatus so you can see the hole even from the front... but we will see ^^

dont you afraid about shrinkage if there will be open wound?

what effect do you want to archive with that treatment of meatus? A big hole? Do you have photos of already completed job? the meatus shrink if damaged and in long healing process. Read about it... google. Thats why all sources suggest not to harm meatus when you do frenulum tying. Show me some material about it.

I'm certainly not here to judge you on your decisions, it's your meatus modification, good luck with it! Keep in touch with your results!
 
Update after 5-6 Days

The meatus mod didnt really worked out :( it wouldnt cut through I don't know if didn't pull it strong enough or the meat is just to spongey to cut with this string... (I removed the string)

The Frenulum cut is going great, it cut really fast and I think 1-2 days and its finished but look for yourself!

There is a little swelling but I think it will be ok after some days.

I am disappointed for you that your modification never worked. Maybe if you had put a tie in using a smaller amount of skin it may have worked. :-/ Oh well, your frenulum tying looks good. Use a good quality repair oil such as Bio oil if you can buy it where you live. It will help the scar lie flatter. Will we see the final result?
