Hi,

I finally got my equipment and want to start tying. I've made some new pictures and drawn a red line into it. Can someone say if that shoud be the spot for the tying or should it be higher to the shaft or should the tie be more towards the base for example.

Also, if i want to remove the frenulum completly, where should is put the second tie after the first one is done (something like the last picture in post 629, page 32 where no frenulum is seen at all)?

Looking at 2jp I would make my first tie at the top end of your red line. Only tie approximately 3mm close to the head of your penis, be careful not to pierce the head itself. The more skin you tie, i.e. the further down the red line you tie, you will have a bigger skin tag leftover. Your second and subsequent ties should follow down the shaft, until you have totally detached the frenulum from the shaft. It will then heal itself into the foreskin and you should keep the same sensation and sensitivity and more. Hope this helps, good luck!

First try was a failure. Trying to get the needle trough went better and less painful then expected. However i could't get the wire trough the pierced hole. I've got a 23G needle which you can see in the picture. The wire is 0.5mm. I could't get some stretch magic so i bought something called magic stretch nylon (is nylon good or should i buy something else? It is stretchable). I need to look for a bigger needle to create a bigger hole so i can put the wire trough it.

You have used the wrong sort of needle. Get a small sewing needle, thread the needle beforehand and disinfect with antiseptic cream. Deaden the frenulum with EMLA or similar, when the area is numb, clean thoroughly with iodine, or similar, push the needle through your chosen spot slowly, tie the thread off tightly using a surgeons knot. (I used ordinary sewing thread polyester/cotton mix). Shorten thread that's left over. By using the needle you have will only make the hole. Once you take it out it will close up immediately, so yes, it will be impossible to get a thread/wire through it. Once you have shortened the thread apply antiseptic cream. Wash and reapply cream three times a day. Any more questions please ask, before you proceed. Good luck!

Hi, used a needle like yours (23G). If you want to use it, you need a smaller thread, i used a 3-0 monofilament nylon thread (which has 0.3mm diameter) and it passed inside the needle without problem. So you need a thread with a smaller diameter.

hey Guys.. Here are my Updates I am still in my healing faze right now.....
I don't know if i have done a good job, and when i get extremely hard, still cant pull my skin down as much as i want
i can't roll back my foreskin Only just below the gland I want to either stretch it without no slight pain.. i can pull it more further down. but i want it to be looser
so
it feels like the skin become too tight and behind the head of my penis it feels like the cut part i did want to no stretch. its hard to explain this by typing i hope y'all understand

here some picture i don't know if i have anything else to cut..
when i am hard i can roll the foreskin down below the gland but never past that if i try to i don't feel like i get enough stretch to even pull the foreskin all the way down.
without feeling like the e piece of tissue which i though was my frenulum restricting but it doesn't seem so.. so i don't know
don't think i will make further cut TBH lol

Hi guys, i'm glad that gg82 got his infection cured and krest is having some progress (and yes, i agree with Brahmanion, it's better to let it heal before tying again).
Regarding me, as I said in last posts, my last attempts of tying were a failure, so i tried a different technique and seems it's working (cutted about 2-3 mm yesterday): i clamped the frenulum with an hemostate and then cut with a razor. I talked about it here: Attention Required! | Cloudflare
I'll keep you updated if i'll do more progress, it may be an alternative technique to tying.

OMG!!!! i could never have the guts to do this..

lol it's not so creepy as it seems ;)

Regarding your case, i think you had great results!
Your sensation of discomfort may be due to various things, maybe there are some remainings of frenulum or you have some form of phimosis.
Now just wait the fully healing of the wound (it should'nt take too long), after healing the elasticity of the skin will be better and maybe the situation will improve.
If you'll still have problems, you can try to cut more, if there is no more skin to cut it's probably some form of phimosis and you can try phimocure rings or phimostop to cure it.
So, just wait for healing and then update us! Hope other users can help too with their advices.

Oh, regarding the "desensitize the penis" part, EMLA cream (or generic lidocaine creams) is good, just apply some of it on frenulum and glans, let it there for 1 hour and then remove it with some toilet paper, you'll have a desensitize penis for 1-2 hours.

thanks so much Max.. i will let it heal first. and see if the elasticity improve , if not i will the rings
only problem with EMLA or Lidocaine cream is it numbs the penis all completely which can result in lost of erection during sex..

good luck! Share with us the results, i'm also interested because i have not too much frenulum left to cut, so i'm curious to see if i'll solve all my problems when my frenulum will be completely cut.

well probably it depends on dosage, if it desensitize too much try do put only a little dose of cream on the frenulum and not on the rest of glans, it should desensitize a little but not too much.

I finally did it. Got a 0.3mm wire today which fitted in the needle. Pierced trough and again didn't really hurt, just a pinch.
Took a long time to knot it. Tried the surgeon but just could't get it. Decided to use a normal knot which immediatly became a bit loose. I've put an second knot over it and is seems stable now. Jus to be sure, i've put a third knot in it and left the wire a bit longer so, if necessary, i can retiding it. Tying the knot hurt a bit but nothing special. Almost a pleasant pain. I'm going to put some ointment on it now so keep it from infections. The knot doesn't hurt anymore, just sometimes a pinch.

Looking good nightday, keep us posted on your progress. Good luck!

The last part seems to be finished today, feels great. The tie however is still connected to a small part (see picture ending with 28). Should i wait for the tie to drop or do i have to cut the tie?

For the next tie i'm not sure. As the picture ending with 01 shows, the flesh down the base is pretty thick and width (pic ending with 05) so i'm not sure if thats the best place to go right know (don't know if this is thicker for everyone or it's because i'm circumcised). So maybe the safer option is in the middle or more against the glans. Or should i go with two ties on each end like edit 3 (what happens with the skin between the two yellow lines?). Beneath are some of my ideas.

Hi nightday, I would happily snip the tie off now as it looks like it's done its job. Gently pull the cord out and cut the skin using a sharp blade. Have some iodine or something similar to clean it afterwards. I did this with some of my ties to with no problems. The next tie I would do would be at the squiggly line in pic edit 03. I certainly wouldn't make two ties at the same time as shown in the same picture. My opinion only. As you work down the shaft, I found with further ties the skin lays flatter and heals into itself. Let the forum know what you think. I'm sure you will get other advice from others. Good luck!

Hi,

Wanted te cut the tie yesterday. Pulled the sting for more space and it snapped on it's own. So that's done :-)

I probably will place the second tie tomorrow. I also thought to use the squiggly line so that's where i'm going to put it. I'll let it know when i've placed the new tie.

Had some good progress. Currently my fourth tie is in. The second one came trough pretty quick but left a bit to much skin. So the thirth got in at almost the same spot and removed the remaining skin.
Now the fourth is in and i'm almost done. I expect to need another tie after the fourth, maybe even an extra one, to remove all the remaining skin. After that maybe some new ties after all the skin has cured and I can see where remaining skin is.

The places where the skin has been removed, is now healing. It's a bit hard but i guess it will soften with time.

Not sure where you are in the world as to whether a product called Bio oil is available to you. It is very good for scar tissue and keeping it supple and soft. It should be applied twice a day and worked in along the scar. Give it time, your scar should flatten and blend in with the rest of the surrounding skin. Your progress looks good. Are you happy with the results so far? Does it feel any different sensitivity wise? Finally, are you glad you did it? Thanks for the pictures.
