Always a worrying time while you are waiting for something to happen. Try gently pulling the skin away from the shaft and looking to see if there is any signs of a small hole? Above all, keep everything clean you'll be fine. Good luck :-)

ok, i waited because i thought all would settle down good.


But nope, i'm the unlucky (or just not good at tying) guy among dozens of succesful stories in this great great topic.

what i did?
Washed the area with antibacteria detergent.
Used Pridocaine as local anaesthetic.
Disinfected needle with alcool and lubrified with some neomicin cream.
I used 0.3mm surgical silk filament attached to the needle (like this https://www.aesculapusa.com/assets/.../woundclosure/sutures/Suture-image1_large.jpg ).
Did 2 ties cause first one seemed a bit loosy to me.
After care: washed 3 times a day with delicate detergent, soaked with salty water, washed with clean water. Applied neomicin cream for the first 5 days. Since it looked always damp, i bought the same drug but in powder form.

Nonetheless i had bad reactions.
First the frenulum was swollen, then it spread to under-glans zone and lower glans zone as large blisters (as if there was some water retention).
Blisters broke overnight and the skin under those was red inflammed, not very painful, a bit itchy). The lesions oozed with colorless, odorless liquid.
3-4 days ago i started noticing some yellow plaques forming and that's when i started praying God after years.
Today i found severe edema in the prepuce and an adherence of the glans with the prepuce (you can see it in a pic below). I think the adhesion is preventing the oozing, therefore the edema.


Don't want to scare anyone, this procedure has been succesfull for dozens of people. But i thought i would share with you guys.


This is my penis on day 10 after double tying. I'm booked for a dermatologist for tomorrow morning.

Hi gg82, wow it sounds like you've had a bad time of things. Really sorry to hear this story. I'm not a medical professional but it sounds like you did everything that previous posters on this forum have done. Hi gg82, I can understand how worried you have been now having seen the photos, I would have been the same. Stay positive my friend, medical technology is superb nowadays and hopefully with a course of antibiotics, maybe, things will improve for you so you can move on to enjoy your frenulum free life. Keep in touch with the forum, I for one would be very interested in how you get on with the doctor. Take care.
P.S. It looks like you've had a bad reaction to the antibiotic cream? Did you get antiseptic cream and antibiotic cream mixed up maybe? Good luck!

My routine is simple I was 3x a day
just using Warm Water for 5 minutes
dry and apply Triple Antibiotic Cream

what i feel is that it cut the first layer of the fre.. i am removing the whole

However 5 days are too few, wait at least another 5 days. It's normal that it doesn't hurt, it was the same for me.
In my case the string felt off by itself, but it in some cases there can be the need to redo the tie.

I have no idea about why it went wrong, however i don't understand the tying you have done, why 2 ties in so different positions?

It looks like you are getting there in some of your pictures. Don't worry about a little blood it shows its cutting through. Keep everything clean and keep applying the antiseptic cream it will help the healing process. By the way, I found that getting erections helped the cutting process and gently pulling back the foreskin was good for me also. Have patience my friend it will work one way or another.

Hi dude. Im sorry to hear that you got issue with your buddy! I was reading your report. To be honest you overdone the process. You cannot make 2 ties together with spacing of 1cm. You will create bad reaction of your body for this damage. This is like cut yourself with the knife with the hope that all will be fine and heal in 24 hours. Your body needs to take time and recover without help of stitches. Our body is able to recover from small damage easily that after big cut. That's why you got big inflammation because your body cannot handle this.In this very sensitive procedure you need to do it step by step as it was said many times before. 2-3 mm per tie otherwise you will get disaster. Im sure, many visitors of this topic were thinking after many successful cases that all is very easy and can be done in one time, the same way as we all thinking if we start to do PE then our dick will be huge in a month and you do PE like crazy and you get hurt your body. The same issue is here. All required simple patience, little by little you will get there without issues. The same way you cannot do circumcision at home with your scissors. It was always suggested here to try with small tie and see reaction of your body...

I did not let the first cut heal i did
a 2 tie. to open the skin further because i still had a bit of a downward head.
I am thinking of doing a 3rd and last tie to stretch it out more. so the head could be completely straight
the tyie would be where the little shallow area near the cut
i upload some picture before i continue on
should i let everything fully heal before i proceed
or get the 3rd knot in in to finish the process so i can pull the skin back more

Totally agree @Brahmanion .
For some reason i was too confident that i would be easy, so i over did.
Big mistakes: tied too deep and tied twice (this last was because i thought since i'll be doing a carefull aftercare, why dont do 2 ties then... dumb)



Waited a bit before posting because i wanted to get my shit togheter.
Not easy to handle this guys. We all love our penis, probably most then common people since we are on this site.

I'm doing fine now. Took oral antibiotics for 1 week , while keeping the area very clean.
Swelling is totally down, infection almost down. Removed the ties when the aedema went down (this was a super relief sensation to me).
Using local antibiotic cream now and keeping clean.

The ties cut quite a bit, will go to doctor and have frenuloplasty completed when the penis has healed.

For people considering this: never overdo! Take it slow and easy!

let it heal first. just a bit patience. use Bepanthen PLUS Cream 30g
 
Hi guys, i'm glad that gg82 got his infection cured and krest is having some progress (and yes, i agree with Brahmanion, it's better to let it heal before tying again).
Regarding me, as I said in last posts, my last attempts of tying were a failure, so i tried a different technique and seems it's working (cutted about 2-3 mm yesterday): i clamped the frenulum with an hemostate and then cut with a razor. I talked about it here: Attention Required! | Cloudflare
I'll keep you updated if i'll do more progress, it may be an alternative technique to tying.
