Brahmanion-
Congratulations!!! Looks great. That took out a big piece and now you are starting to see your head as more complete and separate. Even this much release of tension must feel awesome. Your right, a double tie is a big challenge. But now you can start making ties down your shaft and it should be easier. I can better see your frenulum connection and it looks more straight forward as far as where to tie. It looks like a lot of skin is still being held up and it might take several more ties before you reach the level of looseness you want. Let things heal up (or just put another tie right over the open wound like I did in the photos below. It's probably better to let things heal first) and do another tie...should be easier this time because now you are a pro!

The photos are my 3rd tie over unhealed 2nd tie back in March.

Hi tj2, Im almost recovered, soon will send you photos. I decided to wait for complete healing and after to tie another 5mm.

Waiting for it to heal is the smartest way to do it. Keep doing the salt soaks, they help a lot. Good luck on your healing and it will be interesting to see your next tie.

Hi tj2,
now its good time to show and compare how the frenulum was before and after (almost healed, pictures made today):
BEFORE:

AFTER:

you can see tiny line of cut and there is still small bump at the bottom of cut.

Amazing!!! Looks like you are healing very quickly. The bump will smooth out and disappear within a short time. The difference must be awesome for you even with the release of this much tension. Your frenulum was a bit more complex because it was so far up on the head, using the piercing technique made for a cleaner, more predictable results with faster healing. And you were able to remove a large piece of frenulum at one time which would not of happened if you had just tied. If you pierce again about where the bump is, it will release the last of the rolled up skin and you should have maximum skin travel. If you use a simple barbell (buy online or at a tattoo shop) you shouldn't have the discomfort you experienced before. Remember to do salt soaks! The ring you used before was probably too large and heavy for the piercing to completely heal and stayed irritated (it also takes awhile to find the right size to feel comfortable under the foreskin).
Congratulations on a job well done! I hope your story/photos are an inspiration to anyone reading this forum and needed one more positive example to finally do something about their tight frenulum. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the rest of us.

Hi tj2, thanks for your message! Its healing quicker because I use Bepanthen Plus cream: The medicinal substance - dexpanthenol - transforms into the pantothenic acid of the group of B vitamins. That is essential for the skin formation and regeneration and increases scar elasticity and strength. Chlorhexidine is a disinfectant which makes microbe propagation impossible on the wound surface. This way it prevents inception and spreading of infection in the wound. But the cream cant dry, so its necessary to keep this area always closed and foreskin helps :)

Do you think I need to make another piercing hole or can make just a tie 5mm right up against the shaft? I will prepare a picture later with the area I want to tie or pierce.

thanks for timeline pictures!

Since you heal so quickly, a tie may work just as well. Looks like you are doing all the right things. A lot of looseness will be gained on the next tie and I am excited for you to experience that!

Hi tj2, the pictures below show how I want to place another tie. Any suggestions?

This is starting to look like a geometry lesson:) First, whatever you did before was great, so you must have a "feel" for this and have good "gut" instincts. Review my suggestions and then use your good senses to reach a conclusion.
I would move the tie point (yellow line would be the tie) away from the shaft a little and maybe at 6mm. The area in the orange oval will lay down and flatten into the head. This is the area I would think about the most, your glans has a deep valley/cleft on the frenulum side. It might be good to leave some flesh to fill it and to make sure this area doesn't tighten up or constrict. This is the reason the tie point should be away from the glans a little more. The tricky part is to try to visualize the correct amount to leave. I would err on the side of leaving too much...you can't add it back once the tie cuts through. The area in the light blue circle will be pulled down the shaft and meld into your foreskin once your tie cuts through and releases it (the exciting part!!!). Your foreskins new connection point to your glans will of course be where ever you insert the needle.

So, that should be enough to confuse you!!!:) Whatever you do, you are definitely going in the right direction. Take the time to think it out clearly and I am sure your results will be awesome!

Hi, yes kind of geometrical figure. I wanted to cut this triangle of skin, thought maybe it will be good idea. Thanks you for your suggestions. I will come up with something in the next days! :)

I would go with 2 ties from the same needle hole to remove a triangle of flesh. Use the same angles as last time and you should get similar results. After seeing your (and having used 2 ties on a piercing myself) last double tie it seems logical to do it this way. FYI - I have used a scalpel to make cuts in my frenulum, not good...large wound, long time to heal, too much room for error, etc. Good luck! And take lots of reference photos. You can name this way of reducing frenulum tightness the "Brahmanion 2 tie technique":)

"Brahmanion 2 tie technique" sounds nice!
I have started a second set of ties to remove a bigger triangle of flesh. I hope it will look great and I dont need anymore ties.
The photos of double tiying are below:

Looks excellent!! The tie placement looks perfect. These ties may take a little longer to cut through due to the amount being removed. And because of the amount being removed, I would definitely do 15 minute salt soaks 2-3 times a day to keep everything happy. I am so excited for you, this is very cool, can't wait to see the results! Congratulations on having the courage/confidence to try some advanced tying techniques...you have helped expand the knowledge of "frenulum tying" for all of us. Sharing your experience will definitely help anyone reading this forum. Thank you again for taking the time to share your tying experience.

tj2, thanks for your comments. Im doing my best and looking forward to the best results! Will see how it goes in 7 days. I forecast total healing in 2 weeks if I dont trifle my penis too much. :) On attached picture I was not able to make piercing in 5mm and made it in 7mm because of small veins everywhere.

Now feel absolutely fine without any discomfort.

I sent an invite to the flickr group to your email address
Hey tj

I didn't know you were able to invite people to the Flickr group. Could I get an invite too?

Cheers!

Check with PhallusOfOsiris for an invite. I believe he started that flickr group and should be able to send you an invite if it still exists.
I sent one invite from the fren_tying group, don't know if it worked. I just looked for the group on flickr and can't find it...they may have
moved it or renamed it. Anybody know if it still exists?

Yeah I messaged him a long time ago but "Last Activity 03-05-15 04:52 AM" :P so...
Hmm, that's wierd. Are you a member of it? Try send me an invite.

When I enter this adress: https://www.flickr.com/groups/fren_tying/
It says "You've reached a private group."
Does that mean it still exists?
