Brahmanion - congratulations!! Looking good. Your scars will flatten out and recede with time...you removed a big chunk of flesh and it will take some time for it to heal properly.
I would like to throw in a caution about "cutting". When we cut, it is no longer "tying" and really becomes "surgery", which we were trying to avoid in the first place. Tying allows you to remove the tie if something goes wrong and if you wait for the thread to do its work you will be almost completely healed when the thread cuts through. Patience is the key. I too have cut (I used a scalpel) my frenulum when I first started tying and didn't like the uncertainty of it and how long it took for the big wounds to heal. If you are cutting and slice through a vein or go too deep there is no going back...unless you know how to put in stitches you could be screwed.
Tying works, read through this forum and look at the photos and the results. Have the patience to allow this technique to work safely.
