Instead of doing 2x those 10min erect stretches in the middle I do an hour hanging, 10min of erect stretches and then another hour of hanging and finalize the routine with another 10min of erect stretches. Let's see if this works! :)

Started today with this routine:

5min warmup
6x1:40min erect stretches, Up, left, right, down
6x1:40min erect stretches, Up and BTC
1:30 hours of hanging
5min warmdown
 
Finished another hour of hanging just now and also raised the weight from 3kg to 3.5kg. I definitely notice a difference in the stretch! A bit more intense.

Put on the VLC Tugger again for ADS.

Just now I finished my girth exercise! Finally started with that too!

It's a 5+5x2

5min SSJ
5min Size Blasters (semi/full-erect, grabbing under the glans and stretch, grab the base and push slightly towards the glans) This one also gives great expansion and helps with length!

I did these two times today and now wearing the VLC Tugger again.

I'll probably do another hour or more of hanging in the late evening to finish off the day.
 
Just did my morning hanging of around an hour! Now doing ADS with the VLC Tugger. Will do my length routine in about an hour or so, then another hour of hanging. In the evening I'll do another girth routine of SSJ's and Size Blasters. All during the day I'm wearing the VLC Tugger. I may do another hour of hanging before bed and I might try to use the SiliStretcher2 as a ANS (All Night Stretch) wearing it upwards with the neck strap.
 
Wow, just had an amazing girth workout! I'm still feeling the burn of the workout... in a good way. Currently doing ADS with the VLC Tugger and in a few hours I'll do the last bit of hanging for today.
 
Just finished hanging, a little less than an hour but still a good amount today... around 2 hours in total. Now with the VLC Tugger again. For bed I'm going to try the SiliStretcher2. See if it's comfortable during the night and if it makes a difference.

I couldn't ever wear an ads at night. Best I can do is a sleeve all night. That's better than nothing. Some did wear it during night so maybe you'll be good
 
Yeah, ANS isn't working for me either unfortunately but that's okay. I'll do ADS and then at night it can rest in its natural state.
 
The workouts I had this week were quite intense. I'll take it easy this weekend, minus the ADS plus perhaps an hour or longer hanging before bed.
