I wanted to post an update on my current short pumping routine. It’s been about 3 weeks of pumping 1 on/1 off with occasional 2 days off. Just 2x5 minutes @5”hg.

Gains!! +1/4”x1/16”

My current size is now 7-1/2 x 5-1/16

Girth is slow so far, but it was close to a 1/8” gain. I’m going to continue this routine for at least another month before changing anything. Sometimes less is more.
If you're gaining stick with that routine until you no longer see growth. And then switch to a more intense routine

That’s the plan DLD. In the past my sweet spot seemed to be 15-20 minutes of pumping or clamping, so I’m sure I’ll have to increase at some point.

I’ve got a question for the vets about bundled stretches. I enjoy them but my concern is doing them when I have a slight indentation on one side. I think it was from an old sex injury. Sometimes when I’m semi hard I get the dreaded hour glass shape, but when erect it fills out, but with a slight but noticeable indentation in my tunica.

Will bundles made this worse or maybe help break down the fibrosis? The last thing I want is to make it worse

This is definitely an old penile fracture scarring issue that caused the indentation. Stick with mild bundling to build up tolerance first, allowing the tissues to slowly break down and allow new tissues to heal properly before going into advanced bundling methods. Those who have similar conditions as you tend to seek the quickest method possible, using low-intensity soundwave therapy (LiST), or similar devices using ultrasound technology. I was in the same shoes as you are now. When I was younger, my nympho of a gf (now wife for the past 30 years) went too hard and fractured my penis, not once, twice, but three times. Since then, slow and steady bundling method to break down tissues, stretch properly using incremental traction force, and keep the penis elongated in a straight or specific curvature of your choice during the healing process. Since then, PE has been and still is the only thing that keeps my penis strong and conditioned for crazy intimacy sessions. The longer and larger the penis, the stronger the supportive tissues and tunica structure must be.

So, when you do the bundling, make sure to twist until you can't twist any more. Test both directions. Whichever direction has the least amount of twisting/contorting degrees, stick with that lesser one. When pulling, pull only with enough force where you can actually feel the slight dull sensation, similar to pulling your fingers where your knuckles feel like they stretch just enough to pop and feel pressured enough to create a relaxation from being overworked. The tissues must reach that achy sensation under bundled stress load. Otherwise, the scarred tissues will not break down. Once you're done with the stretching, you must keep the penis elongated and under tension. It doesn't matter if it's 1.1kg or down to 500g. The penis must be kept straight, or with a slight curve, so you can get that sexual experience with a specific partner, while the tissues are healing. There is no compromise in that. An extender is great, but you can use anything with your wrap, such as a DIY PVC home splint, something rigid without biting into your skin with the wrap, or a stiff half or full tube of some kind.

Thank you for your detailed response. I’m glad to hear you fixed your injured penis 3 times! It’s why I no longer trust women on top. Too many scary accidents.

How long would you recommend I keep extended after stretching? Also is 2x stretching sessions optimal? I have a vacuum ads that I think I can wear on a waist attachment to pull against the scarred tissue. I have a physical job, so it’s about the only option.

You should keep yourself elongated for at least 1 hour. But better at three hours. what do you have for a wrap ?

I have a soft ace bandage. I also just purchased a weight silicone sleeve to wear while working. I’ll probably wear my vac ads while at home.

She doesn't need to be on top to get a penile fracture, but yes, most fractures do happen when she puts all her weight behind the vigorous riding. One of the incidents happened when we were doing doggy style, when she pushed all her weight back into me to get deeper. Lesson learned, never let her be the one adding the extra weight behind the action. Balance between the two bodies during the action.

How long would you recommend I keep extended after stretching?

As long as you can possibly can. Actively stretching at the beginning only takes around 15 minutes. Use the remaining time for rest of the day to keep it elongated. This can be as long as 20 hours.

Also is 2x stretching sessions optimal?

In the beginning, only 15 minute session is needed. After around 4 to 6 months as your tissues become stronger, increase the session to 30 minutes. After a year, you can go as long as 90 minutes. After that, keep elongated as straight as possible. If you need that second stretching because you need to get that additional fatigue, go for it, but only after 6 active months of conditioning.

That's perfectly fine. We all have jobs. Just make sure to balance the ADS stretching direction. If you hold the stretch to the left for 2 hours, make sure to balance to the right for 2 hours. If you're going down, make sure to go up.

Wouldn’t it help to stretch to the right (scar tissue on the left side) for more time to help break it down more?

Yes, it does. But you have to stretch smart. Here's an example of my routine:

Bundle my routine for multiple exercises.

In between each exercise, don't bundle, and use a smooth stick or round body bar. Place the bar/stick penis on the right side of the penis, opposite the scarring site; do a full fulcrum pull (90-degree) to the right for a good 2 minutes. If you have an ADS, it actually helps even more, as you can hold the penis in the bent angle, and you can roll the stick/bar 1 inch above and 1 inch below the scarring site. Pull the stick/bar slightly to the right to increase the traction load further to snap the dense tissues on the left. This allows a full-length stress point to break any possible longitudinal scarring beyond the fractured point.

Resume bundle exercises.

I can see now why the ads is so important. Whenever I do fulcrum stretches against the scar tissue it always contacts hard and looks really bent while flaccid for awhile. I’m guessing this is normal tissue response that needs to be negated by staying stretched after

Correct. The three tunica tissue structures are thick, like a torched rubber band, while the uninjured ones are smooth and more flexible. When you stress the scarred side, the tougher thick tissues will fight back with everything it has to restore back to the normalcy state of a scarred tissues. This is why injured brothers use the LiST and ultrasound devices to break down or soften the scarred tissues so the healing tissues can restore close to normal tissues again.

I’ll have to look into those devices. Thank you for all the help @oldandlively
