Argh, the frenulum sensitivity and tearing has come up again. Not as bad as it used to be with blood though but still. So, I'm refraining for manual exersises for now and will focus on hanging. Been hanging with a weight for about an hour/1.5 hours a few times a day, while working. Doable!

This evening though I went up to 4kg with 2x2kg weights and that was quite intense. I may try to do that for maybe 10min for a session and perhaps do around 3 of them in a day.
 
I'm going to take this week off for the frenulum and redness of the shaft after doing SSJs. I'll be continueing the erect stretches and hanging beginning of next week!

I’m sorry my brother I wish you didn’t have this issue. Use a bit of bacitracin on the affected area to speed healing.
 
Thanks guys. I'll take the rest and think of a good routine to do next week. The hanging seems to work really well to keep the tension. Before that doing some erect stretches and I think having something like the VLC or the SiliStretch2 for ADS would be a good way to gain length. Girth is already pretty good, although I hope I won't loose any haha.

?? Remain consistent in your activity on the forum while you take a break to keep your head in the game.
 
Btw, do erect stretches and hanging also give girth gains or does it stay the same?

Any hanging or any heavy downward stretching whether it be from a tool or manually will build girth very quickly at the base only. Erect stretching is used primarily to close the gap between BPFS & BPEL.
 
Okay, that's interesting! Erect stretches has helped me get over 18,5cm so I'll be continueing it along with hanging and perhaps at the beginning of the day also mandingo stretches and some A-stretch type stuff using the Lengthmaster!

I notice when I pull the foreskin back and let the head+frenulum breath, it does get dry because it's not used to it but it heals quicker. So, Monday I'll be ready for sure to get back into my routine! I also measure today, after a decon break of about 5 days and it's actually gotten a bit larger! It got to 18,7cm BPEL! So, I'm hoping in the month of March I'll be able to cement it on 19cm BPEL!

That’s the idea of my brother and as you continue to do the stretches you’ll continue to see improvements.
 
1th of March measurement: 18,7cm BPEL, which is 2mm longer than it was when I started so that's progress! Going to continue tomorrow with my routine till the end of March. Hopeing to be able to get it to 19cm.

Started this Monday with a simple routine:

Morning:
5x1:40min erect stretches, up, up-left, up-right, straight, left, right.
5x1:40min erect stretches btc.
20min hanging.
 
I notice I feel the stretch/burn a bit less now... probably the flaccid stretches like Mandingo stretch and the base fulcrum stretches using the Lengthmaster helped with getting that burn.
