im trying to understand what yall are ralking about. ive been reading over this post over and over again. i did these so called supra slammers but im not getting the effect like everyone else i really dont understanding how to do the uli thing, and edging and ballooning i read over it i and i just dont get it. its difficult for me to understand it
 
gatordong--The exercise method is the very 1st post by Supra himself. He gives the exercise techniques and sequence. It just may be it's in an informal writing of steps.
 
i read over it how long do you edge and balloon for? before you do a uli and how long do you hold the uli for and how many kegels do you do? i just got to many questions to ask

I'm having trouble understanding it at the moment. Lemme look at the sequence an I'll dissect it and break it down into a simpler form.
 
I'm with you all the way until the Dry Jelq part. I've never really understood how to do a Dry Jelq, my foreskin bundles up. In this exercise it's really hard for me to get that final 10 sec engorgement in the head, then shaft. Is this last part really necessary? It seems redundant to the Uli.

Nice exercise though, I've started it but haven't been doing it long enough to really see the effects :s

Are these still a part of your routine and are you making gains?
 
so its alright if i secrete while doin this just as long as i dont get ponr? im building my way up two days straight now with five reps. my second week im going to try 10 and third im going to go for 20. Is this a good routine to throw in with my basic stretching?
