Dear members,

I have been doing PE for a year now. I have bene using the bathmate and the phallosan forte. I also do some manual stretches and jelqs everdyday. I think I gained like 0.5 inch. I feel like I already reached a plateau. I stretch for like 8-12 hours a day and use the bathmate in the evening but I’m not gaining anymore I feel like. Also I recently teared my foreskin while using the bathmate. And now my exercises are less intense. Hope you guys have some tips for me. It’s good to finally have a good community to talk with people about this.

Try making your sessions more efficient.
8-12 hours are a lot, does this include passive PE.

Please read SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory, and you will get an understanding of the process of gaining. Recovery/rest is as important as active penis enlargement.

It has to do with intensity and elongation healing.
But look or listen yo the SRT and we can talk more after that.
 
Yep. Should have stopped after 6 months as you see the trend of slowing down through ADS alone. Remember you body adapts to your routines. You have to switch things up. As brother SIM indicated, you have make things more efficient by switch up the routine and methods. Higher intensity stretches between 20 to 40 minutes and push to 50 max as you get better at it, while maintain around 4 to 6 hours of elongated healing time at lower intensity (around 1.5lbs is enough).

Pumping wise, Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) is the way to go. But do make sure to mark your baseline levels every week to every two weeks. You have to establish your baseline and continue to push for higher pressure toward 10inHg. 5inHg is the minimum, where cell growth happens. 10inHg is where cell breaks down like popcorn popping in the microwave.

Men need to stop wasting time and effort and take on the ultimate SRT routine
