If I understand your discription, I've been doing something similar for a few weeks and have had good results. I do all the things you describe, but have one variation that I call a "double grip bend."
With a 70 to 100 percent erection, I grab at the base with a okay grip, then kegel, then grip very tightly, getting everything north of the grip as fat as I can. Then, instead of jelqing upward, I push the grip down hard, into my ligs.
Next I take the other hand and grip tightly around the shaft just below the glans, thus ballooning the head as you describe.
Then I bend, pushing down into the ligs with the hand around the base while pulling in towards my body with the hand below my glans. I compress or pull the shaft to add to the intensity. I also bend it forwards and sideways. It's important to keep the grips very tight throughout.
It hits everything simultaeously: the head gets very ballooned, the shaft gets fat, and the ligs get stretched a little.
This is potentially dangerous and should be done with extreme care.
Sounds pretty intense! I always try to target my ligs and glans during my girth workouts, man my glans gets so swollen I can barley get my forskin to roll over the bottom part of it! Sounds good I'll try some bends with my next girth routine!!!
