Also, I don't know if this is because of the excercise or the penimaster, but there is definitly more "veinage" on my shaft.

This is definitly a keeper... I recommend that everyone at least try it once... it won't be your last time :)

My length on my head is getting un belivable from this. This will fix all my problems for sure. This exercise keeps getting better and better ever time I do it!!

Hell ya, this is the most unbelivable exercise that when I did it this morning, I went against what I said and accidetly came and I am still pumped 9 hours later. It blows my fucking mind.
 
Interesting i'm gonna add this to my routine,I know what u mean by starting off light and then going for ur max.I use to work out alot also-we call em burn-outs.
 
About the NO thing...I believe taking L-Arginine every day is supposed to release a lot more NO in your blood than normal. I bet if you took arginine along with doing the slammers you could get some really killer gains. I'm going to go get some once I get over this stupid flu. And I'll give the excercise another go. I couldn't really do them today, I guess because of being sick. It took 30 minutes after the first set to even get it back up again. So after I'm done with this crap I'll give it a try and post about it. Seems good, and I was pumped for a few hours even after only doing 2 sets. Keep this up Supra, some really great stuff you've come up with.

I had one of those weird nights of sleep that some of my fellow perverts here may be able to relate to. I kept waking up and wrapping my hand around my dick to check my girth. LOL. Weird. Anyway, I woke up this morning and was still pumped! I waited a while for my 'morning wood' to go away and made sure I was totally flaccid. Measured my flaccid girth and it is 6"! My erect girth is STILL 6.5!! I have never held onto a post workout pump for this damn long before. We're talking 18 hours later! How crazy is that? This shit kicks ass Supra!! :bouncings

I just did another set of these. Topped it off with the "Horse 440" squeezes. Post workout pump measures 6.5 right behind the circumcision scar, 6 7/8" (GASP!) the rest of the shaft. That's 1/8" away from the BIG 7!! This has to be the best girth work I've seen in my time in Penis Enlargement.

If I understand your discription, I've been doing something similar for a few weeks and have had good results. I do all the things you describe, but have one variation that I call a "double grip bend."

With a 70 to 100 percent erection, I grab at the base with a okay grip, then kegel, then grip very tightly, getting everything north of the grip as fat as I can. Then, instead of jelqing upward, I push the grip down hard, into my ligs.

Next I take the other hand and grip tightly around the shaft just below the glans, thus ballooning the head as you describe.

Then I bend, pushing down into the ligs with the hand around the base while pulling in towards my body with the hand below my glans. I compress or pull the shaft to add to the intensity. I also bend it forwards and sideways. It's important to keep the grips very tight throughout.

It hits everything simultaeously: the head gets very ballooned, the shaft gets fat, and the ligs get stretched a little.

This is potentially dangerous and should be done with extreme care.
