Sounds pretty intense! I always try to target my ligs and glans during my girth workouts, man my glans gets so swollen I can barley get my forskin to roll over the bottom part of it! Sounds good I'll try some bends with my next girth routine!!!

I added in the DLD bends and the width afterwards was unbelievable!!! I had to measure it and I was 2 1/4" wide
Next time I'll get a picture of it and the head was wayyy bigger

I am glad we are all getting great gains!!

Bends are not for me, and that is one of the reasons why I made this exercise to be bendless becasuse a lot of guys are afraid of them and do not like them. I am not supporting bends at all with this exercise, your on your one with that part, good luck. I am sticking with the origional way.

I know but Im a scared rabbit I know they make good gains but I dont want to do them at all. So I knew I needed something to compensate a lot for them and a lot more for my length and head size and girth so I came up with this.

I am not knocking them, I just am not going to do them, or tell people stuff that I am not doing, ya know?

Is it ok to jelq to the head while your dick is so massive and near popping? How much pressure do you apply for the jelq anyway?

Nothing specific, Sometimes twice a day sometimes once sometimes skip a day, just do it that all you need brother!
 
I was doing the exercise, and I'm saying to myself damn this is great. Then I remember on the website the DLD bends. I don't do them fully erect ...eeeeek no way!!! Or do them as intensely as DLD does them on the video. Probably with a good semi erection. But man did the width seem to go out of control at the same time. And it has been 24 hours and still wider and absolutely pumped than usual.
It feels okay and safe for me. t/c

I do not do them 100% erect either. I do them right about 80%.
 
that sounds about right...I saw someone do bends at full erect and all I'm saying is damn that cannot be good for you.

WEll DLD is convicing more for the bends, I am going to try it. I was worried cause I thought you needed to be 100% erect, but he says 80% so I am going to try it after the horse 440 at the end.
 
I'm not afraid of the DLD-Bend, im afraid of the Erect-Bend from Gandolfs turtorials. Think i'll never try this one.

In all honesty I don't like teh erect bends, I focused on DLD bends when working on girth. I have been busy moving back into college and havent had a chance to really try these out, I will get to do it tomorrow. I think I understand the exercise properly. And I will get a video out as soon as I can. I will have to check with Supra first to make sure I am doing them correctly. I'll check back tomorrow. I CANT WAIT!!!!!!!
 
Hey guys, i hate to ruin the thread but i just tried Supra's routine and i got little to no expansion, but i am almost positive that i'm doin them right. The only thing is, and i dont know if everyone else is the same, when i get a 100% erection i am rock hard. I mean i can squeeze as hard as hell and still feel like i am tryin to break a piece of steel. May sound good but it's hell in tryin to get some expansion during girth workouts. Please help me out cause these sound like they could really make a difference for me!
