Yes you can hang with it. I was able to hang with close to 60 pounds with no problems. Bundled stretches are where you twist the penis a time or two and then stretch. With the stretcher you can strap in and use the power assist arms to twist and pull in all directions. The magnets are below the leather and padding. I added this to help with blood flow, similar to how a ROP works.

Is there any way to get this in a non-leather version? Those of us who don't use leather may even pay a little extra if it is absolutely necessary in order to have a non-leather version. Otherwise, for some of us, it will be unusable.

You will ba able to use this. The bundle setting is similar to the hanging setting and both require 2" of flaccid size. This means if you are able to stretch your flaccid size beyond this you will be all set.
