Btw... doctors don't know shit about Penis Enlargement. They only know theories, too. They feel that, only knowing the biological makeup of how the body works (thus far) is how it works. Even in the medical field, Penis Enlargement is anecdotal. Otherwise, your doctor would own the world when it comes to guys.

Well Mike,I happen to be approximately in your situation,being overzelous,4 months i did the newbie routine everyday,sometimes even twice a day and gained nothing.Also clamping some 60 min 4 days a week.I've taken a break from exercises for a month,nothing lost in length,a little in girth because i've sustained an injury.
Since monday i've restarted routine and just came across your thread.I'm very interested in your approach from now on.Please send me a PM.

Yea, I agree most Penis Enlargement evidence and information is empirical, and we have to trust what others claim in a relatively anonymous way, through the internet. There will be skepticism no matter what, and I think the important aspect of this thread is don't do too much too soon. It's like the bodybuilding reference, or anything else in life, you don't go into the gym and start a Ronnie Coleman workout your first day, or try and run a NY Marathon. I believe the same sense should be taken with Penis Enlargement, and especially because it's one of the most delicate and prized biological parts of the male anatomy.

Honestly, I have seen multiple threads about dense ligaments that have developed, and guys reaching a "sticking point", or regardless of strength and tension, not being able to "stretch" anymore. I've seen threads where they claim their ligament is akin to trying to stretch steel. So yes, I believe in muscular and ligament fibrosis, and why is not such possible through a too intense Penis Enlargement program?

A lot of ideals and routines on these forums that seem to have a lot of potential are such routines as the Total Workout, where there are multiple and very intense exercises being done all at once... DLD warns people not to work past fatigue, and he's also been an advocator for working a routine until you can't possibly gain from it anymore and require a heavier volume, or different approach to your workouts.

Arguing over "Start slow, or else..." vs "No way, DLD was OCD and tugged his cock to no end..." is all rubbish and ignorance.

Thanks for posting OP, this is very enlightening, as I've not heard such claims or an "interview" persay from an actual MD. Good insight. Also, I'm going to be testing out that cream, and I'd love to hear your results in the future by using it, for both aesthetic purposes as well as progress in Penis Enlargement.

I ditched underwear 7 months ago after reading DLD's SRT theory and haven't looked back.
Hopefully the Verapamil will help me get some length gains, I will for sure be letting you guys know. I think you'd need a prescription for it, unless you can find it somewhere or know a doctor. Or you could go to a urologist and tell them you have Peyronie's disease (curve in penis) when it's erect and you read that Verapamil is used to treat it. http://www.docguide.com/topical-verapamil-appears-effective-peyronies-disease

So if this Verapamil cream and DMSO gel breaks up scar tissue and or softens ligaments, does that also end your plateau without having to do more intense work just to gain or does it do a bit less? How much potential is there with that kind of stuff?

Fonic and I are both trying this gel based on that exact reasoning!!

I am almost 2 years in with Penis Enlargement and Fonic 3 years.I don't know what the internal signs are of scar tissue but if i have developed any this will break it down and in theory speed up my gains to near beginner levels again.

Combined with vitamin E cream it also acts as a turbo booster to deliver alot more of it to the cells because of its properties.

Will keep you guys posted on this!

Does the bottle state the ingredient concentrations list or does it just list DMSO/PABA/MSM/ETC? Are there any base ingredients/preservatives included?

I have no idea. I have 9 weeks worth of Verapamil, 8 weeks left. I'll let you guys know how it went once I'm done the prescription and have been to the doctor again. My routine is a 15 min version of DLD newbie stretching then using the extender for 2 hours after the stretch. I'm gradually building up time in extender and will eventually get to a second set of 15 min later on in the day. Right now when I do too much extending and too many sets, I can't get an erection, which means I'm not in the "gain zone" to quote Remek's book (Exercising the Penis). I also do jelqs at night, started at 300, add 10 each day. I avoid edging and masturbation because it just doesn't have good effects for me, makes my penis shorter, tighter and weaker, thinner.
I intend to get into more advanced stuff as time goes on

In somewhat of a response to your question, I'm avoiding more intense work for that very reason. I want to gain with the least amount of work possible so I can maximize total gains. I want a large winkle.

I saw a video of hydrolauric acid. It's basically a cosmetic procedure that has to be done every few months. It's injected into the penis and expands it but it is not permanent. I'm not a doctor but search for a video or explanation of it. I imagine it's something I'd avoid

Again, I'm not a doctor but from my understanding, collagen is what is in tissue and ligaments, which the penis is mostly composed of. L-lysine helps build collagen, and helps repair tissue, among other things. The body does not produce l-lysine, some people may get enough in their diet but I take it as a supplement as well. I asked the doctor about it, said I take it after jelqing before bed and he said that's fine, I could also take it throughout the day between meals.

Yeah, there are quite a few studies done on it in regards to injections as well as hyaluronidase to reverse peyronie's(which might even suggest hyaluronic supplements/topicals may be detrimental to Penis Enlargement).

I was referring to it as merely something to add with DMSO(topically), but not for any plumping/filling properties it may have. We produce our own since it's found in nearly every aspect of our body, skin/collagen/ligs/tissue/bone/cartilage/etc. I mega-dose vitamin c somewhat, which degrades HA. I'm still looking into it, but was just curious if others have done their research on it.
 
Useful stuff indeed. For me at least it makes perfect sense, and also confirms some of the ideas behind the SRT routine (starting slow, go progressive, trying to keep expanded, not restricted).

When I started Penis Enlargement 2 years ago, I was happy with my newbie routine results (jelq+stretch). After 6 months I had gained almost half a inch lengthwise and girthwise. So I've decided to buy a Bathmate and went commando pumping exclusively with it, dropped jelqing, stretching (very bad decision), added clamping. Unfortunately, 6 months later, I had gained nothing lengthwise, and very very little girthwise. It seemed like I had focused so much on girth that eventually it stopped my length gains somehow.

We also often forget, that most of the big gainers here, back in their days, got their first successes (gains of 2 inches), with very standard and classic methods, but making sure, they used also a wrap, or an extender, and were consistently stretching/jelqing throughout the day (several times a day, everyday for most). I guess most of us make the mistake to jump onto hardcore routines, created by hardcore Penis Enlargementrs, who basically invented them because they needed them after they achieved all the gains they could with standard exercises.

So, now, I've decided to focus on length, until I'll reach my mid-term goal of 8,5" (I'm 7,5" BPenis EnlargementL), or maybe even 9" if I can do it. I'll keep on Jelqing for general penile health and after my length session, but that'll be it.

Thanks. You said it best. King Cobra summed it up for me - he basically did a basic manual routine throughout the day and often to get his gains, which were over 1.5 inches I think. I'm beginning to see how working my way up to the "gain 1 inch in 12 weeks" routine is ideal for length. Gotta pretty much be constantly stretching the winkle all day, unless of course it gets into the over training zone. There's a fine line between too much and not enough.
