That is up to you my friend! Why don't you try the DMSO first on its own, then evaluate? Then, if you want to incorporate the PABA you'll have a baseline to compare results to. Also just out of curiosity where did you purchase your DMSO and PABA from?

DLD's newbie routine is just light stretching and jelqing for a minimal of 6 weeks, it is a light routine to start with and to condition your penis, i do this and also wear the extender, maybe even a 5 minute pump with the Bathmate after my jelq before i get into my extender, do whatever you feel comfortable with and then move up as you see fit, any pe is better than none at all.
 
after reading quiet a lot of these posts espically the starting one , so it would be unwise for me to focus on just girth ? as i dont want to max out the length of my Bathmate ?

I might predict that you do that only once.. :)

Dmso at full strength will cause unbelievable itching of sensitive tissues. Try it on like the back of your neck, full strength, to check this out.

It ought be 'cut' with some high purity water to dilute it. It still works, .. it just doesn't drive you up the wall with itching.

Watch the effect as the Dmso and water mix together, it gets cloudy, then clear, then pretty frikkin hot. This -hot- thing while mixing with water is some of what it does to your cells if you put in on too strong.

Whole mixing thing should take like 3 minutes to be finished, there could be stronger amounts left down on the bottom. Try to stir that in with the rest. Youtube should have lots of info on all this and what mix/strength ratios are recommended for which skin areas ..

I have trained length and girth on the same time. It works. Don't let anybody deceive you. The problem with humans is that, we want to see gains too quick. It shouldn't be so. Give PE 6 months before taking a measurement, you will see the gains in length and girth.

From my experience you need to believe it, before the miracle happens. That is: Trust the process.

When it comes to lengthgains.
I have made a simple graph, that represents roughly speaking (not based on exact numbers) of what to expect. From personal experiences you have plateaus throughout your lengthgain journey.
And after a while of being at this specific plateau, your penis will shoot up with length increase (BPEL and BPFSL). This graph looks diffrent from person to person, depending on their program and intensity.

2. Don't start pumping or clamping until you have the length you want.
Pumping and clamping creates fibrosis of this dorsal ligament, making it thicker and less pronounced and hindering your length gains. Do your length work first, get to where you want to be length wise, then add the girth. Jelqing is okay to be doing while working length. You shouldn't be doing anything too intense girth wise until you are at the length you desire.
