Yes when I reverse kegel it is like im trying to pee really hard. What happens for me though is my abs tighten a lot.
The fact that you are cumming in 30 seconds to 1min may be due to the fact that your mind is just useto it over the years. What I mean is say for example you started masturbating at the age of 14 and you would do it while your parents were out or what have you. Your main goal would be to do it as quickly as possible so as not to get caught correct?. So if you kept trying to get off quickly whenever you had time and kept doing this over the years your mind would be branded with the thought of getting off as quickly as possible. This is the reason most people suffer from premature ejac.
The reason I don't have this problem too much is I always would go at least for 20min as to blow a bigger load. This over the years has branded my mind to go at least 20min before even feeling the need to get off.
The mind is very powerful. You have to train your body but training your mind helps just as much. Do your reverse kegels but focus your mind on going for 5min, when you feel like you are getting close to letting go try to think about something completely off topic as you keep going. I useto do this when I would try to last the 20min it worked for me. This was long before I knew what a kegel or reverse kegal even was.
Test it out next time see if it helps any.
