I am not trying to make excuses but I worked all night on the illustrations, which came out awesome, but I need a bit more time to put my thoughts into it. Hopefully I will get these up later this afternoon.

Ok here is the best graphic I could make. I hope this explains my goals a Little better. My main goal is to gains width while retaining good girth. I do not want a flat penis with no depth or a deep penis with little width. I think the overall goal should be good WIDTH and GIRTH. I know for myself I have gotten to very good girth levels but I was still disappointed in the overall look. It was difficult for me to peg down exactly what bothered me until I realized most of my girth gains resulted in depth with little or no width gains. Since I started doing these Expansion Super-Sets I am seeing impressive width gains with no loss of overall depth. This means, for me anyway, that I am still gaining depth while expanding the width of my penis.

EXCELLENT PRESENTATION DLD. This is very helpful in understanding how the penis operates post and before Penis Enlargement
 
So im guessing that only the DLD bends and toilet compressions contribute to width?
 
Or maybe very slow ATS rollers in place of the toilet compressions...what do you think DLD???

No there are other exercises too. PAN SQUEEZES, ATS ROLLERS, ISOLATED COMPRESSION SQUEEZES (to am extent), and I am sure many others. I prefer the DLD Bend and Toilet Compression because they seem to target this area the most.

just wondering if I was goin to do both in a row (girth and width), which order would be best to do them in. I don't want to cancel out my girth routine by flattening my dick. Could that happen?
 
Incredible illustration doublelongdaddy. Addressing all angles will no doubt give the most desirable gains. Esthetically it makes total sense also as you show in your graphic. I would also suggest that if any type of imbalance occurs one could boost one area of training to counter the other, is this correct?

Your not going to cancel out your girth. I prefer to do the EXPANSION SUPenis EnlargementR SETS first than do GIRTH later in the day. This system for me has not only increased my width but kept my girth at or above normal.

Spot training definitely has its place in Penis Enlargement. I know for myself hanging increases my base girth and squeezes increase my sectional girth so I think the same properties apply here. I hope that this workout gives balanced results since it covers all areas equally...but if it does not one could tailor the workout to be heavier in one section than the next.

i have 6-6.5 girth, but only have 1.5 in width. I need more width and i will do this workout b/c i need it. Hope this wors out for me
 
Tell ya whats been working GREAT for me.

ATS constrictorized Rollers.

I can go from 2.2 to 3 inches girth width after these, it stays swollen for 2 days too.

I will post the info on the exercise as time goes, and I test it ... but you can get an idea of it by searching for ATS rollers, although my version aint exact its damn near.

My cock FEELS lke its been worked out, ya know the chambers feel sore to.
 
Red sounds good. ATS rollers are very suspicious in my house. I need something just involving hands cuz using house appliances starts to look suspicious u kno... If u can modify this or give me another width perpetuating exercise... i would be more than happy to use them.

We have talked and I think you got the hang of this whole concept. I will repeat it here for everyone else.

Depth is very important but gaining all girth in depth and little in width does not do your gains justice. What I mean is a penis with 7" of girth that has a WIDTH of 2.5" opposed to the same girth with a WIDTH of 1.5" is estecally more pleasing. I think that traditional GIRTH exercise, while being very important for overall GIRTH, tend to favor DEPTH over WIDTH. My goal is to produce a long, deep and wide penis.

This is a very cool exercise. I want to stress how important I think WIDTH in addition to traditional GIRTH is. I think everyone should include WIDTH in their workouts. There are not many WIDTH specific exercises so the few that are available should at least play a minor role in a solid Penis Enlargement routine. So whether you do EXPANSION SUPenis EnlargementR SETS, PANSQUEEZES, ATS ROLLERS or some other variation of the theme, I think it is something everyone should consider for their routine.
