Hey guys,

I've been doing PE for like 3 years now and made huge gains. I started with 13cm in length and now i have a 18cm long penis. I always had a decent girth. 16cm at the base, 14,5cm at the shaft and 13,5cm under the glans.

So let's get to my problem:
I have a really hard time getting more length gains. I use a self made Lengthmaster for my Length Routine and the Bathmate Hydromax X40 for girth.

My Routine looks like this:
First I do some Bundled Stretches, about 5 mins with my hands to warm up. Then I put the Lengthmaster on and I do:

Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x3
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x3

I do 3 sets and after every set I do Rotary Stretches 15x in both direction. That's my Length Routine. After that I usually do my girth routine if not I do it in the evening.

My Girth Routine looks like this:
25 upward jelqs x2
25 downward jelqs x2
25 straight out jelqs x2

and after that I use the Bathmate for 15 min with a full erection. Also I do Reverse Kegels for 10 min and normal kegels for 5 min while using the Bathmate. After that I do a clamping session for 10 with a full erection.

Thats my PE Routine. When I find some time I also use the sizegenetics.
I do this Routine for 2 days and after that I have rest day because my dick gets sore after the 2 days.

I hope you guys can help me and give me some advice:)
 
PE for 3 years and you're still doing 30 second stretches? Increase to a minute each stretch hold or even 2 minutes. Look into other stretches like expressive stretching or the __________. Bundled stretches work too.
 
Try breaking the sets up throughout the day, or do more stretches. Add in another set even if it's 15 seconds each way.
 
Indeed, increase time on stretches and intensity if you are able. Have you looked into the SRT Routine? with SRT many have broken plateaus, you can get yourself gaining again with SRT. It is a long post to read but worth every letter. Please read and come back with any questions you may have.

I don't know what to say about your self made length master but I will advice you to buy the original length master and apply for my coaching service. If I coach you and you don't gain, get me arrest ASAP
