I get the same thing. I did a second set last night and even before I started I was very girthy and wide from my earlier session. After the second session I looked like I grew a third leg:D

Most of the exercise you see on these forums is permanent. Exercise that stretch and expand tissue are always permanent. There will always be some selling so this needs to be taken into account.

i read your width and girth post. would you like to comment on twisting off as a technique for expanding? you know, semi erect twist at base and pulling the other way while kegaling. most posts are about pulling and bending? what about twisting? i have done it but not as a regular thing.

DLD Bends
Step One:
In a 90% erect state grip penis at extreme base with left hand .

Step Two:
With other hand grab penis just below the head. Once a good solid grip is made slight arch the penis.

Step Three:
Once in this state you will want to roll the blood between
the hands in a slinky type movement.

SUPenis EnlargementR-SET with

TOILET COMPRESSION SQUEEZES:
With an 80-90% erection in a seated on the rim of the toilet (Seat Up) Flatten your penis against the rim. Start at the base and work up to just below the head. Imagine your penis has 3 separate segments, the lower, the mid and the upper. Each segment should be flattened for 30 seconds.

Complete 10 Super-Sets



I am looking at my new routine as 3 areas of training:

1. GIRTH every other day
2. LENGTH every day
3. WIDTH every day (Sun. off)
I do all length first thing in the morning.
I train GIRTH and WIDTH in the late afternoon

Monday:
Pulse 110's finished with tub stretches
Complete: GIRTH BUSTERS/WIDTH EXPANSION

Tuesday:
Pulse 110's finished with tub stretches
WIDTH EXPANSION
Pulse 110's finished with tub stretches

Wednesday:
Pulse 110's finished with tub stretches
SUPenis EnlargementR SLAMMERS/WIDTH EXPANSION

Thursday:
Pulse 110's finished with tub stretches
WIDTH EXPANSION

Friday:
Pulse 110's finished with tub stretches
GIRTH BUSTERS/WIDTH EXPANSION

Saturday:

GermanStallion was doing something similar to this called Erect Twists and I believe allot of guys were really liking them. I have no finalized this workout yet and I will no doubt make some changes so in todays session I will see if there is a place for this. Thanks for posting.

I think this will be very valuable to anyone who is confused or in doubt of this new way of looking at Penis Enlargement. I want to illustrate Penis Enlargement as LENGTH, WIDTH and GIRTH.
 
twists arent easy to do. its like a scissor can cut off veins.
erect ones seem to be better as it cant cut off it too hard.

Hey DLD are you still doing the same routine ever day that you posted on here?
 
I dunno about some but I am having a hard time keeping an 80-90% erection while doing these exercises. After the Bend my Erection drops to about 50%. Then I gotta wack it till it gets to 90% and start the compression squeeze. After the first or second 30 Second squeeze my penis is back at 50% and i gotta wack it again just to finish the set. Is there anyone else that is having this problem?

Some days I may do double the WIDTH workout but other then that it is the same as posted here so far. I may make some adjustments but so far so good.

This is not really a problem. I have to do this too. It makes it easier if you are watching something sexy while you train.

Im kinda scared of bending but if people are getting these results then im ready to take the dive. By the way in which direction should you bend for the superset?

DLD Bends are nothing to be scared of. They are done semi hard when the penis is easily pliable. Just take your time. If you are a member of the site you can see me doing the DLD bend if not Gandolf has a video available too. The bend or arch, as I like to call it, is done along the top of the shaft in a rolling motion back and forth.
