For people to know about PE, the words needs to be out there. Look at those companies selling fake and substandard products, they advertise the products. So many people will keep on falling victims to the rip off from those doctors because people are lazy. They don't want to exercise to get the gains, they are seeking instantaneous results. Many people who know about PE are still searching for pills that they can take with believe that the pill will help them grow faster. Give them such a pill and you will notice that they have stopped training, and just focus on taking the pills alone. I used to be like that before.
Because they wanna see results overnight, are impatient, no dedication and dont want to put in the many hard sessions of workouts.
