As for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words], it's pretty badass isn't it? It's been giving me by far the most intense workouts of my life.

In regards to kegels, I do them whenever I remember pretty much. I do them on the ride to school in the morning, about 25-30 minutes. I do slack off every once in a while when some fuckface gets in my way or a red light hits, but I try to do them the entire ride. I usually end up only doing in total about 15 minutes of kegels, but it's better than nothing.

I also kegel randomly throughout the day, in classes, studying, at the computer, anytime I can. I also do 100 kegels every night before bed. I try to squeeze the kegel pretty hard each time, so it's usually a good workout.

I suppose I could do more as well, I will start to hit them harder.

Today was a great workout. I had a relatively good stretch session, and then decided to do some girth work.

Well I was doing well with the jelqs, kept beating it every couple of jelqs to maintain a good erection. I decided to give a try to increment squeezes, something I had just read about recently.

So I clamped down at the base, and started to go at it. Well it was going good, I realized the clamping and the squeezing was going great. So I decided to clamp harder, and lower at the base, and flush all the blood from my head into my penis. I believe I read about this here when someone was discussing Slow Squash Jelqs.

Well let me fucking tell you, my cock got thick as hell. My veins were enormous, had new veins that I had never seen, twas unreal. I'm sure everyone who works girth knows all about this, but since I have only jelqed before and done some edging and kegeling for girth, this was totally new to me.

Well I did a bit of this, did it for maybe 5 minutes. I was about to lose my privacy so I stopped there and did a little bit more jelqing before going into the shower for a warmdown.

I'm mainly going for length right now, but I figure I will do some good girth workouts on the side and see if I can gain some girth on the way. This workout has inspired me to search around for some exercises.

I have also decided that I want a large head. A massive fucking head.

I will start to do more of these types of girth workouts, and start to do some width workouts every so often by pressing down on my cock on the bottom, middle, and top portions. Especially on the top since that makes my head get bigger when I do it.

So all in all, good length session, and got a good girth session in too. I believe the best thing about this session has been my newfound knowledge in regards to girth exercises, and my curiousity has now been spiked to find some good girth exercises to add to my routine. I also want to find some exercises to specifically enlarge my glans. I don't have a small head now when hard, but I want it to be huge. Not just a fireman hat, like astronaut fireman hat.

Tonight I will do some of my max engorgement exercises, and I will try to clamp at my base as well. Should get pretty thick if I can do this right.

Pretty good length session. Found out a good stretch to hit the tunica..really solid stretch. I imagine it's the tunica anyway because I'm pulling straight up and it's unlike any stretch I've ever done before.

I basically get into the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] Double A stretch, start pulling down, pull down as far as I can to get a good stretch, then put my thumb in front of my penis and start to pull up.

I counterattack this with letting my butt start to slide off the chair I'm in. So my body starts to go down, and my penis gets pulled up. It's really a killer stretch I've found. I like it. Will be doing it more often, since I really do nothing else for the tunica.

Good workout overall.

Massive Penis Enlargement day.

Did a small stretch session, and then did some girth work right after that. I was doing horses.

Really had massive expansion when doing them, and I would try to squeeze and move it from side to side when I was my hand was clamped on the bottom.

I'm pretty new to the whole hand clamping thing for any exercise, but I can already tell that in my Penis Enlargement future lies constriction and clamp work. Definitely, it is awesome.

I had intense veins coming out when clamped, and girth went crazy. Did about 10 or so sets of this but I only held it for about 15 seconds or so...since after that the blood started to leave from my hand clamp.

I think I might be doing it a little weakly, I am afraid to hurt anything and I am new at this. Will do this again soon.

Afterwards, about 3 hours later, I had another good stretch session.

So two stretch sessions, and a little girth session. Massive Penis Enlargement day.

Measurements

I measured a day early, and am still sitting nicely on 6.5'' NBP. My girth still seems to be 5.9, but well, I really, really, pressed the tape measurer tight. So I do believe I gained a bit in that respect as well.

My flaccid has been hanging a bit longer, so I hope that means gains are on the way.

My next measurement will be taken April 1st. I'm shooting for 6.6-6.7, hopefully I can get .1-.2 inches this month. Will be working hard.

Best fucking stretch workout ever.

I stretched long and hard like a madman.

I have this one stretch, which is just brutal. Take the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], and put it in the same position as if you were about to do a down and out stretch, but standing.

Bend over, back parallel to the ground, legs straight, and insert junior into the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] ring. First I pull him all the way back as well, so I can get a maximum stretch. These are guidelines of how I do it, but try and get a feel for it and play around with it if you want to try this.

Then when the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] is firmly locked in, pressed into my fatpad, I grab my penis with one hand, pulling up, firmly, so as not to lose the grip, and then start to stand up straight.

When you finally stand up straight, you can start jutting your hips out, and lean back. Damn it's one hell of a stretch if done right, best I've ever felt. If you spread your legs, I feel it more in the ligaments around my hips. If legs are closer together, I feel it right above my cock. I also tend to suck my stomach in, to make an even more intense stretch.

If you start to mess around with kegels and reverse kegels, it adds to the intensity. Sometimes I will readjust inbetween just to make sure I am getting the best stretch. You can either readjust, or simply lean back more. Or do both. Leaning back slowly, really works well. Use caution of course, I have had to stop at times, because it felt as if I were about to pull something.

If anyone wishes, I will draw a diagram. So I did about 10 or 11 sets of these, at a minute plus each. What I do is look at the time, and push for 2 minutes later. So worst case scenario, if I looked at the clock very late, I only go for a minute. Or best case, I go for 2 minutes. I've been trying to go a bit longer as of late, really get a good stretch.

I coupled this with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] push stretch that I talked about earlier, and some straight down stretches. I also did 1 or 2 sets of the godly DLD Foot Long stretch. That stretch is really unlike no other when I can keep my grip.

After all the stretching was said and done, I worked up an erection and did 2 good horses. My idea was that I wanted to get some blood flow going, so after I got it, I said what the hell and did some horsies.

Then long warmdown and massage.

I have decided since now my turkey neck is getting worse, I will dedicate half an hour before going to bed of just doing kegels and stretching and massaging the testicles. I grab onto a shitload of skin while doing some stretches, gives me an incredible stretch in the ligs, but it comes with the consequence of skin stretchage as well.

One more thing to note, my balls have gotten a bigger. I believe the reason to be twofold. After every warmdown, I dunk them in cold water. Then empty the entire mini bucket I have of cold water over my nuts before leaving. This, and during that one stretch I was talking about, the standing down and out stretch, I push a lot of blood into my penis and my balls. Since oftentimes my sac actually falls into the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] ring as well, both the penis and the balls get clamped so to speak and blood is forced in. At least, this is my take on why they have grown.

I will see if I can continue this intensity in my stretch sessions, it felt amazing.

Awesome stretch session. I have started to go for 2 minutes with my standing down and out stretch.

I'm also noticing A LOT more loose skin from stretching. I can go over half of the glans when erect with it now. It feels amazing when stimulated, a lot better than before. This is from pulling down, and pulling out when using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]. I just keep on gripping more and more skin, eventually, I nearly grip right near the pubic mound in order to get a really good stretch. A bunch of skin gets stretched, and I really feel it in the ligs.

This is however exasperating my turkey neck, so I am doing stretches to take care of that as well. Just some routine sac stretches, I also grip the sac from BTC and pull Junior straight up. Gives me a really good stretch for the turkey neck, and I can actually see marks from the skin being stretched down.

I always put lotion on after my workouts as well, it is helping with some slight stretch marks I got earlier on. As well as with this stretch mark.

After this great stretch session, I did a couple of horsies. About 2-3.

The ligs were unbelievably sore today. They were really sore yesterday as well, but I was gritting my teeth today while stretching. I love it though.

Excellent fucking day.

Started off with my normal warmup and then proceed into stretches. I was getting more erect than normal, and just had an onset of horniness. So I started doing some girth work.

I hit up about 10-12 horses, and I held them for longer than usual. It was good. While doing the horse, I let go of the head and start moving and bending my shaft around.

I have gotten a lot better at clamping down with my hand, so these exercises are coming along nice.

Since I want a massive friggin' head, I started to do the horse, and at the end of a horse I would grip about an inch under my glans and squeeze and jelq into the head. Where I would hold it a bit, and then do it again. After a couple of jelqs there, I would just hold it.

I noticed this was good, but logically it would be better if I were more engorged to begin with in order to do this. So instead of doing it at the end of a horse, I started clamping down and doing it right then.

Well my head got a lot bigger visibliy. It was great. I actually felt a bit of soreness in the glans after doing this once or twice. These are basically Uli No. 3's, but clamped down first. Don't know if the original Uli's are supposed to be done clamped, but that's how I am doing these and I love it.

I then went and did a little bit of jelqing at a good erection state, and about 4 more horses.

That was my first workout, which was basically a good but short stretch session, and a nice girth session. I warmed down and waited about 3 more hours, warmed up again, and then had another nice stretch session..with it's consequent warmdown.

I won't really mention warming up or warming down anymore, but they are both crucial parts to any workout I feel. My warmup is usually for about 15 minutes and my warmdown for about 20-25. This is if time allows and I'm not rushed.

Really good stretch session.

I've actually started to kind of almost hang, haha. I decided to take one of my plates, which are olympic plates and have a large hole in the middle, stick my dick through it, hold the head through the other end and pull it up, and just let it hang there.

The weight of the plate itself is enough to give me a good stretch. I keep it attached by simply holding the glans straight up.

It gave me a pretty good stretch straight down, did 2.5 pounds then did 5 pounds.

This just feels like I'm doing a DLD Footlong straight down. However this is much easier, and can do it for a lot longer without losing grip. I will probably do some more of these in the future.

My balls are riding very, very, very fucking high. They hug my penis for dear life. So I am starting to stretch my balls down after every set as well as massage junior. This helps with my flaccid hang, because it really looks a bit ridiculous when the balls are riding so high.

Damn good stretch session overall.

I took two rest days these days.

On a plus note though. I have already measured, since I really wanted to. Couldn't wait for end of month, haha.

I have been able to gain once again. I am now at about 6.9'' NBP. I am pretty fucking excited honestly, and am really happy that hard work is paying off.

I saw the increase in length after I had taken nearly a week off, so I might take a couple of days like that off every so often and see what happens.

I will hit it extremely hard for the next couple of days though, to try and make up for these rest days.

Since I am a good deal curved, I have to measure along the curve in order to get that result. If I measure straight, I get about 6.25''...which was actually what I started this program at when measuring with the curve.

Pretty happy about this. rofl

The reason you're seeing gains after a rest too is because the principle is exactly the same as weightlifting and muscle-building.

When you see the goons in the gym lifting weights every day trust me they're not doing it right at all. The correct way is to to 2 or max 3 sessions a week, and in those sessions do a hefty amount for a short period of time. Then rest for a couple of days. It's during this rest period that the body naturally takes over and the muscle grows. Muscles do not grow during lifting and working out, they only tear.

Now exscuse the long-windedness but I can only presume the same principle applies (to a lesser extent) to the penis after heavy exercising. You need to let it rest so the body can repair the tearing and increase it's size/strength. Doing hard exercises every day on your schlong can't be as productive as 3 or 4 heavy sessions with rest days in-between, ESPenis EnlargementCIALLY when using that [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] thingy.

Massive huge fucking stretch day. Stretched in all directions, and for a long time. Did footlongs for 5 minutes at a time once, was feeling good.

Then since I couldn't go do my warmdown at that moment, I kept doing a stretch or two every once in a while for about 2 hours. Nothing huge, just about a 10 second stretch every couple of minutes.

Later knocked down a few horses and uli's for my head. My head is looking bigger I'd say. It definitely gets bigger than before when doing the ulis, I do believe it's expanding.

Kegeled like a kegeling rebel as well.

Ah, yet another month.

Well I started off the new month really well, with an excellent length workout followed right by an excellent girth workout.

Did my standing down and out stretch for a couple of sets, and use the weighted plates to simulate footlongs for a bit too.

After getting a good number of sets in, I stretched a bit to the sides.

I've realized right now my length workouts have nothing to do with how I started. I have dropped certain stretches and in their place put in stretches that I CAN REALLY feel.

I mainly do standing down and out stretches with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], weighted footlongs, two handed manual side to side stretches, footlongs by laying on my back, stretch straight down with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], stretch straight out with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], and sometimes other manual things that I can think of. I'm also trying to add some expressive stretching in there, and will keep fine tuning this as I learn more about it from DLD and from my own experience.

For girth, I started doing something different.

After a horse is completed for me, which is about a minute, and the blood is already seeping out, I start to squeeze the entire shaft piece by piece with my fingers. Kind of enlarge it by section, I like it.

The ulis for the head are coming along great, I haven't changed them, and I do indeed have a bigger head at the moment.

I'll just keep on working. Hoping to pass my coveted goal of 7 inches this month.
