Great Session today.

Jerked off in the AM, kept edging a bit and just getting a ton of engorgement in via kegels. Definitely felt great for girth. Wasn't very long though...been a while since I jerked and I blew all over the place after a bit. Felt too good.

Afterwards I warmed up in shower and...AMAZING length session.

Twasn't all together, but one exercise after the other in cycles.

I massaged it a bit as planned between sets. Then I did a little jelq session, not much, just to get the blood flowing...and hit the shower for alternating cold and hot water douses on the soldier. Massaged him good too.

Don't want him to get fatigued or overworked so erection quality does not suffer.

Now I am doing a barrage of kegels as I e-speak.

With the intensity brought on by the stretches..there is no way that I will not grow.

You can definitely hold intense stretches longer with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]. I don't lose my grip as much, and I don't have a problem with grabbing the nut sack as I stretch since it stays stuck in the ring.

It's all about the body mechanics too. If you position it the right way, and you move your body the right way in concordance with your hands, the stretch you can get is insane.

You can feel some really strong stretches and hold them for a good amount of time.

I feel I have yet to discover it's true power though.

I have only used it for two workouts, and don't think I have even done half of the KNOWN exercises for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] at the moment, so there's definitely a ton of shit left to experiment and discover. Especially balls to the wall stretch movements.

Fucking AMAZING stretch session. Best one yet, and I actually had a ligpop during one of them.

I had a great warmup and an even better cooldown. I believe the cooldown is very important for optimal health of the penis and to not let it get fatigued.

After a Penis Enlargement workout, when I go and douse my penis with hot water in the shower, it forms a kind of bottleneck near the head. This never happens prior to a Penis Enlargement workout, so I just take it as an indication of fatigue and that the blood does not run that well to there since the veins are constricted or something.

I alternate between hot and cold water, and massage it thoroughly. I feel this helps tremendously. It has actually improved my erections I believe as well, even after having an arduous Penis Enlargement workout.

Did not do any stretch work since I was tired as all absolute shit and had work coming out the ass, but I managed to get a serious girth session for a good 15-20 minutes later on.

What I start to do is start to jerkoff, and kegel blood into my penis. I keep kegeling blood in. I do this laying in my bed and on my back. I raise my hips so all the blood flows to my penis and basically stays there. I keep edging and keep kegeling blood in.

I was doing this in the dark, but I could definitely feel the expansion. In fact, my penis felt noticably thicker in my hands, and the head was actually touching my belly button when I would be laying straight, something it never does when I just have a normal erection.

Woke up early and did a killer length workout. Great cooldown as always. Have decided that my day for measurement will be on 3/1/05.

I am currently 6.25'' NBP and 5.9'' girth, I am shooting for 6.3-6.4'' NBP and 6'' girth by the end of the month. I feel this is pretty conservative, so i believe I can do it.

Will try to do some stretches in the PM; if I do nothing I will at least hit up some jelqs prior to going to bed.

Thanks man, I'm going to incorporate more kegels all over the place as you say you do.

You should, if you have time, try out the hot and cold thing. It just feels really good and relaxing, an optimal cooldown I'm sure.

I assume the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] would be just as good for uncut guys, it's all about proper angling, grip, and having a proper fulcrum when you stretch (for me anyway) so I assume you can do all of the aforementioned even with a foreskinner.

Maybe you should look into it. You could get a quality stretch session in with less time. I know the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] saves me a shitload of time and I get a much more intense workout. Ask DLD about the cut/uncutness to be sure.

Great stretch session and warmdown. I am going to go wet jelq a bit right now and then have an extended warmdown because the beast seems a little fatigued today.

I've been hitting up the kegels more bro. I do them to help erections at the moment, and hopefully it will also mean length gains.

Well my flaccid size is definitely hanging longer, but a surprise is that it is also a lot thicker. This might be to constant T-taping or because of my massages in the shower. Not very sure, but he is a lot thicker when flaccid. A bit longer too.

Great length session. I had the house to myself in the afternoon for a bit, so I went at it. I am trying to go for a bit more than 30 seconds at times, and really get a stretch going.

I have started to incorporate DLD's footlong stretch into the workouts as well, this time I did it on my bed laying on my back. Sometimes I really can't get the foot positioning that great, so I just yank really hard down or out. I have strong forearms so it works well and really works the ligs.

I have also been doing another stretch with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] that really hits home. You do it sitting down and place the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] horizontally on your lap. Insert your penis through the hole, and grab it, either pulling it back or simply hold onto it. Now the key for this one is to position the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] right on the beginning of your fat pad, in other words exactly where you would begin measuring from if you were measuring NBP.

Now with one hand grip the penis and either hold him or pull him back, and with the other hand that is gripping the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], push the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] forward. This gives me a great stretch. I normally grip the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] with my thumb on the ring closest to me, and really push out.

I will christen this exercise the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] Push Stretch rofl . I will see if I can draw a picture in a bit.

Overall, this was a very strong length session. Afterwards I warmed down appropriately as I always do. I am noticing that I am starting to lessen my warmdown time because I am in somewhat of a hurry to get out of there...I will try to commit and spend the extra time massaging the little guy down.

I haven't stretched yet, but I have pretty good news. I could not resist measuring as I felt bigger and I looked bigger, so I just had to put my measuring tape to it. By the way I have cut an 8 inch strip to measure my penis as I go along.

I figure not only does the strip represent the exact size that I am striving for, sort of a tangible goal for me to move towards, but it also gives me a solid visualization as well. And whenever I outgrow the tape, well let's just say I'll be very happy. :cool:

Anyway, I measured at about 6.5'', so it appears that I have already made some progress and gains. I could tell that I was closer to my navel when fully erect, and I just seemed to look a bit bigger.

I am very happy with this and I will just continue to work harder now. I also believe that my girth is up, but I am not quite sure of this...did not get the best measurement.

I will use my navel as a reference point from now on. Reaching my navel when standing totally straight puts me at about 7'' or a little more, which is my first big goal. I will measure once again on March 1st.

In regards to the workout, I have a party later tonight, but will hopefully do some MASSIVE stretching when I come home early next morning lol.

Fucking amazing stretch session. Followed up with some light jelqs and a bunch of hardcore kegels. Thorough warmdown, felt really good.

Going into this, my cock was almost sore from much sex on V-Day, so I had a nice extended warmup. The stretch session itself was massive.

I have decided that I will continue onwards with length for a while, at least until I hit my goal of 8'', and then start to really hammer girth and width.

I can feel if I keep having sessions like the one today, 7'' NBP can not be that far off.

I will measure again on 3/1/05, can't wait really, and I don't care if I don't gain from now until then, I just want to keep my .25'' gain and have a 6.5'' NBP length.

Kind of went off on a tangent there but, I feel very strongly about these length sessions. I want massive length.

*Edit to say I just noticed this was a sticky. Thanks to whoever did that, gives me much more motivation and a want to definitely not skimp out on workouts. I will let Junior know his work is being stickied, and tell him to grow.

Pretty damn good stretch session. Did these in the bathroom with the aid of the clock, been doing each stretch for over 30 seconds. Want to really make sure the exercises are touching base.

I have been shifting from a traditional exercise scheme and timing my stretches to a much more relaxed setting. I just go through my stretches, counting seconds but not so stringently. I try to reach a minute at least.

I am adding slight variations to the stretches. For example on the double handed A Stretch with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], after going straight down for about 45 seconds to a minute, I start to pull to the right for a good 20 seconds and then to the left.

I am basically going in with the mindset of getting a good length session in. A good length session for me entails lots of stretching and intensity.This is what I strive for each time. And I must say, since getting the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], no session has lacked intensity.

I am noticing that I am getting thicker, and my head seems to be getting a bit bigger as well. I attribute this to kegels, kegeling lots of blood in when I'm hard, and the massages that I give junior for the warmup and warmdown.

The benefits of my warmdown seem to be many. I for one feel fairly sore and lackluster when I get into the shower for the warmdown. At least my cock does I mean. The massage feels great and I'm positive it aids with recovery. It might be aiding with circulation and perhaps girth. I really don't know, all is just speculation. After the warmdown I do feel totally rejuvenated.

I might add that I am also doing some serious ball stretching once every day to get rid of a bit of turkey neck and not let it creep up any further. I simply grab the balls from behind, between my legs, pull them back, and grab my shaft and pull him up. I do it until I can feel the stretch right where the sac is riding up on me. After less than a week even, I can see a solid difference.

This definitely helps me look better both flaccid and erect.

As for stretching, I did none today. Too much work.

Great, great stretch session. Man I have had boners popping up left and right all fucking day. I definitely look a bit thicker. I did my current exercises, and spiced things up a bit with some new things I tried. It's amazing how you can get a different stretch simply by spreading your legs, or by closing your legs, arching your back, etc. etc. etc. Experimentation is key guys, you can figure out great ways to stretch if you just have a creative mind.

I can see more hair riding up the shaft, probably some more stretched skin from t-taping, and hopefully some from gains.

I will also do some light jelqing before going to bed tonight. Along with a bunch of kegels. In fact I will try and get my kegel workout as I jelq, the two should complement each other and it will save time.

I will t-tape until I go to bed, where I just sleep in boxers. I feel it's better to remove the t-tape at night so you can get boners freely, and zee beast can stretch. Tonight I remove the t-tape before going to bed (really just a band-aid), do some light jelqs and go to bed. If I'm feeling up to it, I might do a lot of edging and try to get maximum engorgement going.

Tomorrow after I get out of school, I will go on a hunt for golf weights. Those fuckers should do me well if I can get ahold of any.

Not a bad stretch session, but due to it being at like 5am the session wasn't that long. However I hit up some jelqs, and although I'm going mostly for length, I am positive if I keep jelqing like I did I will gain some more girth. I was squeezing pretty hard, felt great.

Perhaps the best stretch session ever.

Really worked hard today. Got great angles, and was able to get a better fulcrum on some stretches.

I almost always try now to go past 30 seconds during a stretch, especially when I'm getting a good one. I am mixing up [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] exercises with some hands on exercises, the hands can still be really effective in some angles you can't really use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] for.

Got a slight ligpop with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], was applying pressure like a madman. Many times I have to relax and not go too hard, because it does feel like I am about to hurt myself. I stretch with intensity though, I only refrain from adding more pressure when I feel a sharp pain or like my ligaments about to pop off.

Great session. I've also started using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] to get rid of turkey neck. I don't have much, but the less the better I figure. I just insert it into the hole, and pull up against the turkey neck. Really works great for it.

Had an excellent warmdown as well. Later applied a bit of lotion all over, since the beast was pretty worn out.

I have decided to start to pay attention to BPenis EnlargementL as well, since I can tell my fatpad is a little bigger.
