I am starting a new routine towards 8'' NBP erect length and 6.5'' erect girth.

I am currently 6.25'' NBP erect length and about 5.9'' erect girth.

My routine has been pretty crazy as of late.

One other thing I wanted to make note of, I am also doing slight FR to try and have my flaccid hang covered in its entirety.

I also just finished getting into the shower and letting my little Beast get showers of hot water and then cold water.

They will each be 30 second stretches. I previously used to count the seconds in my mind, but now I will see if I can either bring a stopwatch and let it run to calculate the thirty seconds, or just a simple watch or clock.

I will massage my Mini-Beast for about 10 seconds before moving onto the next stretch. Before starting I will take a nice hot shower, and give my ligs and my penis a little massage.

Depending on if my grip is good or not, I might invest in latex gloves. I will just wash my penis and my hands prior to the workout in the shower..hopefully this gives me a good enough grip.

Just fucking beasted a length workout.

First EVER with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]. It took a little bit to get used to what I had to do, and privacy concerns were an issue since it is a saturday afternoon, but I was able to get a good workout in.

I did all the sets outlined in my length routine, but not all with the intensity I wanted since I still needed to get used to it and getting my grip working good.

Let me tell you though, when you hit the grip good, and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] is placed properly, the stretch you can get is fucking intense. I actually nearly hurt myself going too fast and had to apply less of a pull since it was so strong.

All in all good workout. I will be kegeling throughout the rest of the day, doing some Lazy Ass Stretches, and probably do a little number right in the PM before I go to bed.
