They will each be 30 second stretches. I previously used to count the seconds in my mind, but now I will see if I can either bring a stopwatch and let it run to calculate the thirty seconds, or just a simple watch or clock.
I will massage my Mini-Beast for about 10 seconds before moving onto the next stretch. Before starting I will take a nice hot shower, and give my ligs and my penis a little massage.
Depending on if my grip is good or not, I might invest in latex gloves. I will just wash my penis and my hands prior to the workout in the shower..hopefully this gives me a good enough grip.
These are 21 sets. If each set takes me 30 seconds, plus 10 more seconds for a massage, each set will take me a total of 40 seconds. 21 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x 40[/words] = 840 seconds. That is 14 minutes.
Giving 6 more minutes for any fuck-arounds or readministering grip, I should be able to knock off this workout in about 20 minutes.
After my workout, I am going to do about 200 jelqs. I am afraid to do many jelqs because I have heard it numbs the penis a bit, and perhaps that is where my lack of sensitivity was coming from before.
For girth work, I will start to look into Slow Squash Jelqs. I do not know enough about it yet, but it definitely sounds like an exercise I would love to do. I will also be rolling something along my penis for some width gains. Nothing looks better than a wide motherfucker.
My bruise is gone and my erections are going great, which I believe are thanks to kegels and perhaps some treadmill work, so I will start this length routine as soon as the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] arrives.
I will do that routine for three days only in the AM..after that I will start to do the same routine in the AM and PM. This is generally when I wake up around 6-7am, and when I go to bed whenever the fuck I can.
It's hard to get to do them since I live with my parents and privacy is an issue. I will do the AM ones locked in the bathroom, and the PM ones in my room after I "go to bed."
I will also be taped for a good portion of the day to further encourage skin growth, glans sensitivity, and gradual foreskin restoration...I want enough to cover my flaccid.
I will be hitting girth seriously as well, not just length, but I need to read a bit more about it.
