I do kegels on a regular basis so I decided to one up my usual routine and did 3000 quick kegels (my PC muscle was screaming no more)
200 slow kegels
50 squeeze and hold kegels

Did 20 minutes of ballooned edging tonight.

I just have a few questions before I really get into the swing of things.
1) What is your favorite lotions etc for jelqing?
I used Vaseline tonight, unforunately it was fast absorbing so my dick got dry after like 30 jelqs which was somewhat annoying

2) Im looking into Bathmates and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words]. The problem I have is I live with roommates which are extremely nosy and open any fucking package.
Thankfully I only have until October with them but I would like to get one before then.
Point being is there any place I can ship them to besides my place?

3) Will be posting pics and measurements as soon as possible.
Couldn't find a ruler. Shopping tomorrow I presume.
Anything else I should get while I'm out?

4) Any other advice for me?

I actually think Vaseline, works nice, but i read somewhere about baby oil, and got one with aloe vera, very nice. Long lasting and a nice smooth feeling. So now i hop between those two.

I have both the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], i believe they deliver where ever you want them to. I got one delivered at work and the other at home.

Only thing i can advice to get is a nice post work out cream or oil, just some moisturizer or something with vitamin E. For me it seems to make recovery faster.

I think Vaseline could work amazingly, it's just the type of Vaseline I had. It promotes absorbing all the moisture in 30 seconds.
But I will definitely try out baby oil.

Vaseline is my favorite lube because it lasts the entire session. Oils usually absorb too quickly causing me to have to stop and reapply.

Shipping is extremely discreet. As long as you have tracking information you can be there to retrieve it. Maybe you could ship to parents house, friend?

Be sure to also pick up a tailors tape so you can measure your girth properly. ALso, baby powder is great for stretching.

I think I found a solution. I believe I can ship it to a UPS or FedEx mailing center and luckily for me its only 6 minutes from my house.
But I tried straight vaseline petroleum jelly instead of lotion and things worked out much better.
As for baby powder, target, walmart, and walgreens didn't have it. Mind fuck I know.

Looks like a broken blood vessel. Nothing serious, it will heal with a week. You do not have to stop training.

Heavy jelqing can cause broken capillaries but this is a normal part of Penis Enlargement. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] is some good stuff, try to use what you can in your routine, especially the healing portion.

I am there over twelve hours a day just trying to get stuff situated.
I have been doing Penis Enlargement but it has been dramatically reduced so until I get my schedule cleared up I will be doing the minimal.

What is important is school and getting yourself grounded and comfortable. A couple days off of Penis Enlargement is not a big deal. You will want to get yourself feeling comfortable before you can Penis Enlargement so first things first.

Wow what an insane week.

Anyways just a quick update I am just about all settled in and I am ready to get back into the swing of things.
As for Penis Enlargement the past week it was somewhat half assed but I got in what I could.
My routine the past week consisted of about 300 to 500 jelqs, some basic stretching, and edging.
I wont be counting them as actual days of Penis Enlargement because I didn't feel likeI put in a full effort.

Anyways tonight I experimented with some clamping and took some pics.
But my plans for clamping will be as follows:
1st Week:
I will clamp for 10 minutes for 7 times a week (Adding in some horse squeezes here and there)
2nd Week:
15 minute clamping session for 5 times a week with 2 days off (Extending horse squeeze time)
3rd Week:
Same as second week
4th Week
20 minutes for 4 days a week, 30 minutes for 1 day, and 2 days off (Incorporating stretching, jelqs, etc.)
