It could very well be because of your fluctuating blood sugars. If you are diabetic, your blood gets real thick, kind of like catsup, when your blood sugars are out of control.

I do think getting less blood to your extremities, and your penis is surely an extremity, could inhibit any expansion or growth.

I was in denial about this for a long time. Now that it is a matter of life and death for me, I no longer am taking elevated blood sugar for granted.

I'm working my diabetic ass off to get normal readings, with meds and diet.

I don't want to lose a toe, a foot, a leg, get a heart attack, or lose the use of my dick.

The information is out there. But we're surrounded by a carb-devouring society.

Yes, I do believe it could very well be a factor, good pal.
 
Thanks for replying 11x7. I have been diabetic for over a decade. I think I have pretty good control as every time I go see the doctor and get the h1c test it is in the normal range. I take 4 injections a day so it better not be too crazy. Of course, no matter how much a diabetic has excellent control, there's always gonna be some abnormal readings. But yea, I agree, I think it is a factor, but I would think to gain length it wouldn't matter, as you are stretching the ligs and tunica, no blood involved, right? I can see how it can hinder girth gains, but I have had little trouble gaining girth.
 
Thanks, good friend. You have inspired me to get and keep mine down to normal as well. My doctor has given me two more weeks to get my fasting blood sugar down to 120. If not, more meds. I'll do what I have to do to get it to normal. It takes a terrible toll on your body.

Given the girth gains, it doesn't sound like you have a problem with the blood flow.

Type 2 diabetes, what I have, from what I've read and heard, can be controlled with a very low carb, hi protein and fat diet. But it's a bitch to follow. 20 grams of carbs or less a day seems so drastic, and yet when I follow this regime, eating 3 oz. or less of food every two hours, my blood sugar drops to normal--drastic, but I'll do my best to reach my goal. Being a meat and potatoes man throughout my youth makes it tough to transition.

I eat mainly soy based products now.
 
Wow, 20 grams of carbs a day? Geese, I probably have over 100 grams a day. It's easily controlled, as 16 grams of carbs= 1 unit of insulin for me. I don't think meat and potatoes contain alot of carbs though. O well, thanks for the advice and for replying,

Yeah, potatoes are a killer--so is bread, rice, pasta--all the carbs. There is a low-carb bread out now--6 grams of net carbs--tastes pretty good. The thing is the American Diabetic Association has recommended some high carb food for years because of the food pyramid. That may work for others, but it sure as hell does not work for me.

It's amazing how little most medical doctors know about nutrition--actually it's frightening!!!

You are what you eat, right? Scary, isn't it? And now we have toxic toothpaste from China. If you're poor and you shop at the dollar store, you're in deep shit. Those fuckers who are importing shit from China could care less.

It's not their children who are being affected. I'm disgusted with this country and the creeps trying to run it.
 
I'm trying a new Behind the Cheeks movement. In a lying position, I lift my tush. Then, after I pull my penis behind my butt, I spread my knees and then open and close them for a count of 25. It creates added stress to the ligs. Feels great.

My hands were cramping like crazy when I first started these intense stretches, but now my grip is much stronger and no more cramping. I had forgotten how intense my original routine was.

I'm springing some decent woodies in the a.m. upon awakening--a solid 9"--tape-measured. I'm a happy camper. They shrink to a 6" x 6" flaccid. This is cool. Love the hot summer weather. So does my dick.

I've been trying to follow other members' advice and use a ruler to measure my progress (I have always used a tape measure). Since I have a large dick head, the tape stretched to the pee hole is at least a half inch longer than a ruler measurement.

Bone pressed, with a ruler, (I press it against the wall), I have made recent progress, since I'm consistently 8.75" now (bone pressed, of course). I'm losing weight, but the fat pad is still quite prominent. My goal is still 9" bone pressed with a ruler. When I achieve that final quarter inch, I'll post a pic.
 
It's been a while since I last posted and I've been pretty much "on hold" these last few months with my work schedule interfering with serious p.e.ing. But I'm totally relaxed and hanging loose these days, and so is my dick.

I've reverted to a downward stretch and rotors, along with DLD's blasters, one of my old time routines, and BANG, my dick is totally plastic, loose as a goose, and stretching like crazy!! It's just amazing!! I've measured straight out 9.5" flaccid stretch--almost an inch more than my recent measurements. I can stretch my dick after a short session to 3" above my belly button, that's a cool foot!! I always get a longer measurement this way than straight out and stretching it downward, but I love to see how far I can stretch it above my belly button--visions of grandeur!!

Man o man, I'm not cutting back for anything for the next quite a while. I don't give a shit how big I get. Whooohooooo!!
 
Man o man, am I in a good place vis-a-vis evidence of temporary gains. I measured today with the ruler up against the wall, and I gained 1/4" at 8.75".

I measured later in the day and I was back to 8.5", but that temporary gain with the ruler is DEFINITELY a good sign. Over the past week or two, each day seems to bring longer stretches. I hope this "plastic" state continues. It's a great feeling.

Don't lose heart, Bazooka, man. Give it a few months. When it's your time, it will happen. Be patient. Keep at it. I've been on a plateau for a long, long time. I was just treading water. But I was also approaching P.E. half-assed, what with all my other commitments. I just have the time, the motivation, and a lot of support here during this month. But I'm going to do my best to follow Fedora's and Millionman's advice and keep my dick in this plastic state after this vacation period is over for me. Once you experience it (the plastic state I'm talking about), you will know the difference and then you can take the ball and run with it.

You need all of these things in place and you have them here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. There will be times when life and its other demands will interfere with your P.E. routine. And that's o.k. But if you keep at it and keep "tuning in" here, your dick will grow.

I don't know if I'm doing P.E half assed or not because technically I'm still a newbie,I get red dots,lil bruises,soreness all signs that I'm manipulating the blood around the shaft and head. I go for 25-45 minutes at a time I hope it's enough.

I'll take your advice and keep going at it a few more months,Best case I get a measureable result,worse case I change my rotuine because i'm not gaining with my current routine.

I hope I see a measureable gain soon.

Can you explaine this plastic state to me please ? I tried to find info on it but I couldn't using the search option. I don't want to give up on this,I believe it can work.

The best way I can describe it in other terms is what I call a "flushed flaccid." My penis is pretty much in a constant state of semi-engorgement. It's not totally flaccid like a wet noodle. You need it like a wet noodle to do the lazy ass stretches, for instance, or the across the wrist A stretches. It's not becoming erect, though. So it's not like you're going into a jelqing routine. It's just very full yet loose so that I can quickly get the most out of any stretch routine and kick it to maximum. A good analogy is molding clay. In this "plastic" state, I'm usually hanging at 7" x 6".

I'll post a pic of it in my thread on "Picture Proof" so you can see what I'm talking about.

I awoke this morning with a 6.5" x 6.5" completely flaccid penis. The stretching seems to just keep my girth growing but not my length. No complaints from the Mrs., so what the hell. I might just as well keep at it even if my gains are only in the girth department.

Just curious how my flaccid hang is changing--or not changing. I popped 25 mg. of Viagra yesterday--then forgot about it--busy with other things--showered early this morning--out of the shower and ready for a new day. Figured I'd do a quick tape measure length-girth check--7.5" x 5.75". Pretty much par for the course. It seems to confirm my experience since I first started P.E. in October of 2003. The penis is like a balloon. You can make it thicker, but it shrinks some in length and visa versa. This has been my experience for whatever it is worth.
 
I would think it would work both ways for me. Maybe I just don't have the time or the energy right now to do what it takes to get the length and the girth. If I hit 9" ruler measured length, I would definitely call it quits and just focus on maintenance. That would be close to 10" with my trusty old measuring tape. I keep cutting new lengths to make sure I am not stretching the measuring tape out of it's normal length. Maybe I'll feel differently about it come the spring and warmer weather. I'm also taking so many meds now that I would have to be Wonderman not to have some side effects from them.

I don't take meds lightly, but given my genetic pool, I should just be happy with what I've got. That aint me though.

You can reach your goals, I know you will someday! Hope the warmer weather and sun recharges your batteries and you will get new determination levels. (the weather actually affects me a lot, I don´t like snow and cold weather, wonder why i still live in Sweden!!!!, should be in honolulu right know instead.....)

Great news goingfor! Glad to ehar you are back on track, and have again reached the jelly state. 8,75 bpfls cemented is great news. Try to repeat what you did last time you entered the jelly state and pushed the limits. Whenever you sit alone somewhere, throw in lazy ass stretches. Progressive stretch, with the mindset that each day you reach a new length record. Push the limits, stretch whenever you got the chance. You know this stuff, I just wanted to give that extra motivation now that you are in the jelly state.

Never let the your penis heal out of the jelly state, stay jelly!

I've been so busy I haven't been able to practice P.E. consistently for the past couple of months--but it has been a good opportunity for me check my "concrete" gains. I'm happy to report no loss in girth or length during this time.
I'm still at 8.75" bone pressed stretched flaccid length. I awoke this morning with a nice plump 7.50" x 6" flaccid.

In a week or two I'll have more time to dedicate to P.E. and I'll be back at it. "Won't stop. Can't stop. Why stop?" Whoohoooo!!

Well, my heavy work load is starting to ease, so I'm ready to get back into the game. I will soon have my days and nights to P.E. my brains out. Whoohooo!!

I just finished a one hour jelqing session. I still prefer the "Virgin" olive oil to keep it properly lubricated. It keeps it nice and lubed, it feels great, and my dick doesn't dry out or get chaffed. The olive oil smells, but so what? It works the best for me.

I'm going back to my stroke which has always given me the best results. I call it the jelq/stretch stroke. I combine the two in one movement--jelqing straight out at about 90 degrees then grasping my head and pulling hard in a downward motion.

I use my right hand usually, with my left pulling the base back against the pelvic bone as hard as I can. I place my dick between my ring finger and my middle finger.

I am using the tape measure to monitor my immediate results. Once I get my dick semi-hard, but hanging down, I start my session with an 8.5" x 5.5" dick.

After I work out for about a half hour to an hour my dick hanging down from bone to tip, tape measured, is 9". When totally erect it is still at 8.50" but thicker.

The girth is 6.25" at the base and 6.25" at the widest point of my glans, 6" at mid-shaft. At this point my glans is 2" long and 2.25" wide at the corona.

These are my starting stats for this summer. I didn't lose an "iota" during my lay-off. I'm going to jelq/stretch all summer and I'll keep you guys informed if I make any progress.

have you been using olive oil for your entire Penis Enlargement career? this could be the mystery behind your quick gains you got in those first 6 months!!! Other then hard work of course. How about vegetable oil? Its a little cheaper.

plus when im done, I can just wring my towel out on the stove and fry up some potatoes :)

No. Actually, during those first 6 months I used a whole series of lubrications. I started out combining vaseline with either K-Y lub or baby oil. I was always able to stretch out their use by adding water as I progressed through my work-out.

Then as the months passed, I tried other lubrications, but the vegetable oil/olive oil seemed to work as well, actually better, as it was cheaper, and it had all natural products.

Based on my reading of members' posts here, I started using non-petroleum-based products--less irritating. However, I DO like the lubrications that you can mix with water to extend their use.

A good jelq work-out session, for me, must last for a hour or more. That means using quite a bit of lubrication.

I know some people prefer dry-jelqing, but for me the wet jelq has always brought me better results.

I was just reading Samzman's beginning routine during which he made amazing gains. He was young (in his mid to late teens when he started P.E.), but his early posts in this forum are very interesting. I'm going to try what he did to make his earliest gains. It's really quite simple, and yet I never did it quite that way. He stretched straight out (flaccid), and then with his other hand pressed down on the ligs at the very base--to stretch the ligs. I don't think mine have really been stretched that much. I'll soon find out.

I just tried it with remarkable results. I think I'll add it to my dry jelq routine.

I'm increasing the time and intensity of my workout these days.
 
if you are stretching straight out with one hand and then use the other hand to push down at the base...doesn't that create kind of a fulcrum stretch? i'm trying to visualize it and that is what keeps coming to mind
 
Sort of, Twins, except that I'm pressing as close as I can to the pelvic bone with the ends of my fingers, pushing straight down, more like a wedge.
