Thanks Fedora. No complaints so far. I took half a V this morning and edged and kegeled it to 10.75" (6.5" base girth). I'm exactly where I was in January of '04 when I cut back. I've lost 6 more pounds and am down to 188 pounds. My goal is 178. I want to take some pics of the whole package at that point. Keep it up, good pal.

Great news! I popped 10 mg. of Cialis last night, awoke this morning late with a long-lasting woody, which I quickly edged to 11 inches x 6.25" girth. My flaccids have been hanging around 7.5" by 6.25", so when you think about it, an 11" edged cock is not that unusual.

Today I edged my morning woody to 11"--that's with the tape measure while lying down with my penis extended straight out. I hit this length a few times back in 2004, so I knew that it was doable--it would just take enough time and dedication. It quickly recedes, of course, but I can easily keep my fading erection at 9.50" to 10. 50" for quite a while. These early morning edging sessions keep me motivated so that I can do my blasters workout in the late evening.

I've been turtling a lot lately. Seems to be a seasonal thing. I dunno. I just may increase my cardiovascular workouts--swimming, etc. to see if this is a limiting factor as of late. The bundled reverse stretches continue to be my mainstay. I have had an amazing normal, flaccid hang as of late, especially in girth. My flaccid girth has reached the same as my erect girth--about 6.25". I did get a 5" above the belly button flaccid stretch after a heavy duty bundled stretch session--but only once.

Here is what I am doing with the bundled stretches: I twist my totally flaccid penis around about two and half to three times. Then I continue to twist it from both ends in opposite directions while digging deep into the internal penis behind my balls. I love the feel of this. It's a good pain--no sharp pain--no bleeding, for sure.

This is NOT for beginners. This is an advanced exercise.

Man, DLD, I love your new look. I can also type like a demon on this new system. DYnoooooomite!!

Hi Laocoon,

I think it is a great way to shock yourself out of a plateau. Keep at the jelq for a full three months, slowly increasing time and intensity. Then add the stetches. That's what I did, and I gained like crazy. This is not that different from DLD's original routine, which gave him great gains as well. Good luck. Keep us informed. And don't forget about the long (15 to 20 minutes) warm-up before starting.

I haven't made BPenis EnlargementL gains as of late, but I AM still gaining in flaccid girth--7.5" x 6.5" this morning. It had been turtling, so I was delighted to see it turn around.

I warmed up with a hot wash cloth--kept reapplying it and covering the entire groin area to get as much blood down there as I could before starting the jelqing. I jelqed at 30 % to 50 % erect--no more.

I'm always glad and willing to share my experience with newcomers. Good luck.

Are 20 min. warm ups really usefull? To me it seems after 6-8 minutes its a waste of time. Your size is much greater than mine so you must be doing someting right! You and DLD are a great inspiration to me....keep growing! 10 is the goal!!

20 minute warm ups? That is way too much. A warm up should only take as long as it takes to loosen up. Some days I am real relaxed and loose and a warm up is not even needed, other days I may be tight and need a couple minutes to relax. I think the longest it has ever taken me to warm up was 5 minutes.

Great to hear from you. I'm doing o.k.--kind of into the "less is more" approach to p.e. I stretched my flaccid to 5" above my belly button this morning, so I guess I can't complain. I have been avoiding the wet jelq for a while, so my EQ is not what it should be, what with the meds I take and all. But I'm not complaining. I still plan to post some pics some time soon.

I don't do this kind of warm-up before stretching, but I do spend this long before I start to jelq. I like to get my penis up to 9" x 6" pumped before I start to jelq and it takes about 20 minutes to reach that point.
 
No specific goal any more, KingCobra. Whatever comes my way will be icing on the cake. I just go with the flow. What seems to be happening is that my flaccid length and girth get closer and closer to my BPenis EnlargementL ones. So I'm happy with that. Lately, my EQ has been flagging, probably because I've been focusing for so long on stretching and not so much on jelqing. So my immediate goal is to get my EQ back up where it belongs.

SO HUGE! But very effective with pumping the entire package.
 
The VacuTech has been working out great-- keeping my flaccid girth at 6.5". I am delighted with it for no other reason than this. I pump at the most two to three times a week and I couldn't be happier. I've even tried pumping my balls a few times. The seal is powerful, though, and you have to be damned careful with this. I know there are regular ball pumpers, but I'm not into ball pumping, so I'll leave well enough alone.

My only other regular exercise is DLD's blasters. I swear by them.

If you guys have any advice to help with gains that'd be awesome. My routine at the moment consists of the following:
MONDAY,WEDNESDAY,FRIDAY - LENGTH
*stretch down for 60 seconds, high intensity using both hands, ensuring I feel a stretch in the ligs
stretch down at left angle (as above, but getting a stretch on ligs on right side)
stretch down at right angle (as above, stretching ligs on left)

*After doing the above 3 sets for 60 seconds in each direction (with a quick massage of the head inbetween sets) I perform BTC stretches for 60 seconds on each side
- I repeat the above exercises 3 times, and then perform 30 strong kegels with my penis in a flaccid stretched possition, upwards touching my belly button

THURSDAY, FRIDAY - GIRTH

Actually, man, I lost that inch in 2004 when I cut back too soon. I lost an inch in girth and an inch in length. I was at 10.75" x 7" before then.

I fell back to 9.75" x 6". I am still at that level after 8 and a half years of p.e., the last four to five years, pretty much a maintenance

routine. I have never gone back to that first four to five month regimen. I don't have the time or the motivation. It was all consuming.

If you read the first couple of pages of this thread, you will see that I was working out two to three hours a day, seven days a week

by the end of my fourth month. That does not include the long (two to three hour) edging sessions that I practiced during the night.

Let me update a bit on my present status. I continue to practice a maintenance routine,mainly fowfers and blasters. They do the trick. I have had
heart-breaking personal problems: my wife has advanced Alzheimer's, so my motivation to practice penis enhancement/enlargement waxes and wanes.
In spite of my plate overflowing with other commitments, I continue to stay motivated and to keep my cock in the best condition I can given my life
