I like them... I just don't do them that often outside of my workout, because I do not know how much is too much regarding LAS.
There are length and girth exercises, are there actually any width exercises as well or does that come naturally with girth?

That is up to you and how your body responds to it, if a warm up does not help you in anyway you can just not do it.

Increase the intensity and reps before you include a new exercise. If you find stagnation with an increase in intensity and repetition I would than suggest a new or additional exercise.

I can't find the right thread now, but I saw you post an exercise on reducing the "fat pad"
And then in another post you said, that one cannot reduce it on its own.
Since that contradicts with each other, my question is, is it still effective to do the exercise?

And today during the day I did the Kegel pyramid and about 15mins LAS

Same here. If I'm in a good loose state, after a workout my flaccid stretch can be .5 inches longer than it is when it is in a tight state

Oddly enough, in Florida my flaccid is turtling much more than in Massachusetts. Maybe it is nerves or stress, who knows?

Looks like a great length only routine. To increase hardness you can do a few things. Kegels will be the best method of becoming stronger and more able to hold the blood. Using your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Hydropump[/words] will also really help with bringing more blood in and allowing you to maintain longer erections. If I am correct you have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words], use that for short sets (5-10 minutes) to practice taking a lot of blood in and kegeling to keep it there. One of my favorite things is edging, this is great for guys who love adult entertainment and want to make it a part of their routine. As many know I have discovered that masturbation is highly beneficial to length work because after orgasm we are flooded with hormones and our penis is in a much more malleable, stretchable state where there is total fatigue until refractory period is done. I use it like this, I say to myself if I get a good solid 30 minutes of edging I can allow myself to maturate and release. Make sure you don't rely to heavily on the Lazy Ass Stretches. They are a great stretch for increasing flaccid length and training the penis to stay out of turtle position but there are much more powerful stretches you are doing that should play the bigger role like the A and Y stretches, Mandingo's, etc.

LAS (Lazy Ass Stretches) are great for training the penis to remain elongated and to avoid hurtling. They are not strong enough, intensity wise, to cause gains with any great speed. This is why they should be seen as supplementary not exclusive to a length routine.

Don't worry too much on erection quality, it will become 100% as you become more and more accustomed to the exercises. Fatigue is normal in the first year and even later when you start a more intense routine or exercise. I am happy you are making muscle gains, that is excellent.

I am thinking of using the bandage again (Uncle Jim's Strapping Method), but all I ever did was stretching of the foreskin and I don't think that that's the goal^^
