There would be no real difference in when you did them as long as you are doing them. After your length workout you will want to wear your bandage for as long as you can in 30 minutes sets. With each rewrap be sure you are stretching your penis as long as you can. As far as remaining hard after a workout, Viagra maybe?

Yes, the veins will greatly expand and that is OK. You are not really trying to keep an erection more than a pump. The penis will be in semi-erect state eventually after you put on ring.

So after girth work you would wear the cock ring to keep as much of the pump as possible, even if you are flaccid. Erect bends are a girth exercise done erect while the A-Stretch is a length exercise done flaccid and usually accompanied by DLD Blasters.

You will have signs either way. With the soreness, you are allowing to heal, and this is smart. Once you are completely healed the positive signs will be much better. With a gain showing something has to be going right.

If the soreness is at the base or bottom of the penis then the soreness is from training. If it is in the shaft it would be tunica stretch that would cause soreness. If the pain is in the head than a brush burn or the like happened to the head.

Kegels will hyper-effect any part of Penis Enlargement. It is smart to kegel as you do girth work and it smart to reverse kegel during stretches.

Munto, Are you using the reverse kegel when stretching? Be sure to reverse kegel while you are stretching, this will help you gain length much faster.

It just feels a bit awkward sometimes o.O plus it's a new habit.

Yes that is plenty of time to exhaust the muscles but they still will have some pull in the stretch, this why the Reverse Kegel is used, as it helps force release these muscles.

Why not heat for warm downs?
 
Ya you probably don't want to do a cool down if you're working girth. I would just tie off with a bathrobe cord and go to bed when I worked girth. I found that warming down caused my pump to shrink. Can imagine a cool down would do the same.
