I've been over at pegym for about a month now and posted my progress there
So right now I'll try to summarise it all... with alota c&p lol
Ofc I could go ahead and post more than 20 posts but I assume no one wants that

Anyways, now a bit of background-story:
I've found some Penis Enlargement-exercise two years ago, but I only did it for a view days, 'cuz I thought it was a waste of time.
And about january this year, I started doing Penis Enlargement again but stopped after 1-1 1/2 week in, but I remembered THIS
For that week I only did:
Warm up - 15 mins
Straight upwards stretching - 10/15 mins
Jelqing OK-sign - 30mins​

In that one week I gained 1cm (measured right after workout-sessions) and the strange thing is, when I started at the end of May I started with almost the same size.

Back in the game at the end of May my workout looked like this:
Warm-Up with a washcloth (10min)
In the meantime doing Kegels (squeeze for 1-2 seconds and release)
Penis Stretching in all direction (for 30sec each)
Jelqing (10min)
Flaccid Bend with 2-3 fingers (10min)
Holding Kegel for one minute
Warm-Down with cold water (2min)
*Visualize my end result (5min) [END RESULT: 20cm x 16cm (8inch x 6inch), big-ass [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words]]​
With starting a size of (24/05/2012):
EL: 11cm/4.33inch, EG: 12cm/4.72inch​

And since I am about 90 pounds (45kg???) overweight, I'd the following
Every first and second day take 30min walk sometime another one in the evening while I visualize all my goals Penis Enlargement related or not. And every third day muscle training and lift weights (9kg for now). (since 1 1/2weeks)

Over the last view weeks my workout of course, has changed, to something like this:
Warm up with rice sock (15mins)
Lazy Ass Stretch/Hanging (10-15mins)
Assisted A-Stretch (10mins)
All the Stretches like DLD described in the SRT-thread (18mins)
30/70 Kegels/R.K during Stretches
Various Jelqs (20mins)​
100 quick OK-jelqs (+ extra ones in ALL directions, 20 each)
100 quick V-jelqs (+ exra ones in ALL directions, 20 each)
5sec Jelqs for about 4-8mins​
Gonna increase that by +1sec every week​
Warming down with cold rice sock (usually for the length of a post)
*Visualizing end result + alpha brainwaves toegther with releasing weight and being taller (10mins every day)

Addition to my workout #1 - about a week now:
Drink three cups of green tea with honey each day
Eat two pieces of dark chocolate 5times a week
Add a view Ulis everytime I have an erection
JAI Stretches everytime I go to the restroom (20 JAI, 10 ball stretches, 20JAI)

Addition to my workout #2 - about a week now too:
Every workout I add one of the following routines, once a week and gonna up that by one every month (I would like to know if I am to light on this, or if I could do them more than once a week):​
Bundled Stretching
Bundled Lazy Ass Stretches
DLD-Blaster​

Addition to my workout #3 - about 2 days (do them during the day when I didn't during my workout):
Hanging with my own hanger^^ (three times a day for 20mins)​
I take a sock folded it put it around the middle of my penis and take a shoelace put one end around the sock and tie two 0.5kg weights on the other end (0.5+0.5=1kg --> 2.2pounds) and let it hang. I'll add 0.5kg every week, is that too much too fast?

30 Kegels, 70 Reverse Kegels - 1sec squeeze
30 Kegels, 30 Reverse Kegels - 5sec squeeze​
Gonna increase that by +1sec every week​
1 Kegel, 1 Reverse Kegels - 1min squeeze​

The last real measurement I took was on 04/07/2012:
EL: 12.4cm/4.88inch, EG: 13.5/5.31inch​

I've gained 2-3kg in the last view weeks and there was a time during the last month where I didn't had any gains, and stopped my visualization...
But, I started visualizing again since two weeks and I measured yesterday and my EL is 12.8cm now, pretty cool, huh?
I'll do a real measurement next week, probably Wednesday

I am happy the visualization was re-sparked in you, we can lose touch with how important this is very easily and spend much time accomplishing nothing but it only takes a second to rekindle that spark and watch manifestation happen in front of your eyes. Keep up the great work and I will be following your progress.

The reason for the Mandingo Secret Stretch is basically, because I heard that one could gain 1inch in a months, so I'll try that... worst case, it's just another 5min stretch.
And the Tunica Tugs are for girth - dunno if they really are :/

I've worn the bandage for about 3-4hours today (after 2 hours I took a break of 40-60mins and then back on again:))
Done a view JAIs.
Edging Session with some Ulis (gee, half n hour really passes quickly)
And 3 or 4 Tunica Tugs with the last one being right before the Edging/Ballooning.

Doing some hanging right now.

P.S. I am wondering right now... am I actually a "fast gainer"?

Because I noticed that my EQ got worse, and therefore I'll take the measurement on Saturday or Sunday morning.
I decided to remove the Hanging, because my foreskin got extreme red and my head seems to swell afterwards and I do not consider this a good sign, maybe I'll get a Hanging Device in the future.
Therefore I'll include DLD-Blasters as a regular workout, since I am like 2 1/2 month in Penis Enlargement, it shouldn't be a problem.
And do them bundled once a week.

Maybe I'll add a view Jelqs today (30-50, 6secs) and definetly gonna do the Edging again with another Tunica Tug.

That is good! Be sure to use them when stretching, they will help you stretch longera nd more effectively.

Have you tried Slow Squash Jelqs? I like them far more than traditional jelqing.

I cut back on the Jelqs, dunno if I should eliminate them or how much to cut back, or IF I even should cut back and on which ones, and add more SSJs in return:D

MikeShlort, you can do that, although they are NOT really mine xD.
DLD-Blaster, Mandingo and SSJs seem to be to most intense so far.

Again, 7-8reps of SSJs, with a far better EQ this time

yeah, you may want to put some time between the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and the rest. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] are incredible but when EQ is down they are tough to practice.

That would depend on my session. If it were a straight [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] session I would go 15 to 20 minutes. If I am doing it with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] it would be 5 minute sessions, followed by 5 Minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for sets of 3.

What I forgot to mention... I wore the bandage for 5-6hours with a view stretches and jelqs in between yesterday and I also did the Kegel pyramid.
Yesterday and today morning I woke up with a morning wood:)
And it seems like that my flaccid length grew by 1cm (a bit less than 1/2inch)

Slow Squash Jelqs (10-15reps)
Tunica Tugs (for about 3mins to get my erection off, still not sure if it's girth or length :/)
Various Jelqs (about 1000, 900 OK, 100 V)​

You will want to attach it while the penis is erect and tighten it as the penis becomes semi-erect. You want to hold as much expansion in your penis as possible, using the cock ring will help the penis heal in more expansed state promoting faster girth gains.

Various Jelqs (about 1000)
Kegel Pyramid
Erect Jelqs (abit more than 300 - 310,320 or something like that)
Kegel workout in DLD-Blaster style (10sec hold)
Slow Squash Jelqs (5reps)​

I noticed that after doing (too much) Kegels, that my EQ just goes down hill:(...
What's the matter with that?
I'll do my other 5 SSJs later on probably in the evening.

Btw, I've about a 1cm/0.3937inch flaccid girth increase after 5reps of SSJs, pretty cool:)

As your pelvic floor muscles get stronger, through practicing kegels, you will not have the same issue. You can do the kegels anytime, so space them out enough that they do not mess with your girth work.
