I've been over at pegym for about a month now and posted my progress there
So right now I'll try to summarise it all... with alota c&p lol

Anyways, now a bit of background-story:
I've found some Penis Enlargement-exercise two years ago, but I only did it for a view days, 'cuz I thought it was a waste of time.
And about january this year, I started doing Penis Enlargement again but stopped after 1-1 1/2 week in, but I remembered THIS
For that week I only did:
In that one week I gained 1cm (measured right after workout-sessions) and the strange thing is, when I started at the end of May I started with almost the same size.
Back in the game at the end of May my workout looked like this:
And since I am about 90 pounds (45kg???) overweight, I'd the following
Every first and second day take 30min walk sometime another one in the evening while I visualize all my goals Penis Enlargement related or not. And every third day muscle training and lift weights (9kg for now). (since 1 1/2weeks)
Over the last view weeks my workout of course, has changed, to something like this:
Addition to my workout #3 - about 2 days (do them during the day when I didn't during my workout):

The last real measurement I took was on 04/07/2012:
I've gained 2-3kg in the last view weeks and there was a time during the last month where I didn't had any gains, and stopped my visualization...
But, I started visualizing again since two weeks and I measured yesterday and my EL is 12.8cm now, pretty cool, huh?
I'll do a real measurement next week, probably Wednesday

Jelqing (10min)
Flaccid Bend with 2-3 fingers (10min)
Holding Kegel for one minute
Warm-Down with cold water (2min)

Gonna increase that by +1sec every week
Warming down with cold rice sock (usually for the length of a post)

Every workout I add one of the following routines, once a week and gonna up that by one every month (I would like to know if I am to light on this, or if I could do them more than once a week):

Addition to my workout #3 - about 2 days (do them during the day when I didn't during my workout):
I take a sock folded it put it around the middle of my penis and take a shoelace put one end around the sock and tie two 0.5kg weights on the other end (0.5+0.5=1kg --> 2.2pounds) and let it hang. I'll add 0.5kg every week, is that too much too fast?
