Hey guys, i wanted to ask your opinion on this topic of tying of the vein in the frenulum. Because i need to tie one more time but it had do involve the vein. In my mind if ur circ the vein gets cut and if ur frenulum rips on its own it gets cut too so it wouldnt be to bad.

But before i do it i wanted to know your guys opinion on it.

Thanks!

In an attempt to induce a larger glans, I used to wear a gel type small cock ring just below the glans.

Over time, this irritated the frenulum and caused a tear and minor bleeding.

Through continued PE and pumping, this tear eventually completely separated the frenulum.

This week, my urologist will be performing a little nip and stitch t remove the nubs remaining at the tip just below the urethra,

When I retract my foreskin, I can see the disconnect point further down the foreskin.

This point aligns perfectly with the nubs when I roll my foreskin forward.

Long live PE.

Guyz after reading all the posts here which were very helpful I finally decided to do it but I don't no weather I did it properly or not. I am posting some pictures, People who have already done it can you please tell me weather this is right or help me in rectifying my mistake also please provide me some suggestion to prevent infection. Hey unknownuser123! Attachments usually are a problem in this forum. There are a number of posts on how to add photos...just look back a few pages. The best aftercare is sea salt soaks. Google "sea salt soaks for piercings" to learn more. Use real sea salt as it is different than regular table salt. Obviously keep it clean and use a "creme" antibiotic rather than an ointment which is petroleum based and seals out air which is essential for healing. Try not to irritate the tie by moving it around too much. Patience is the key, let the tie do its work and don't rush it. Try to re post some pics so we can see where you are at in your tying.

I bought an antiseptic cream from the market which I am apllying every 3-4 hours. Sea salt soak is kinda difficult for me because I am not having that privacy but still I'll try.
As of the photos I have attached it please tell If you can see it. View attachment 31746

I'm by no means an expert, but it looks good to me. Just make sure it's tight enough, because it loosens up over time. And loose tie does nothing for you, except irritating the area.
As for antisepctic, I used spray. Much more comfortable and quicker to apply.

like ghostrider said - looks good. It looks like it may be a little loose...when you tighten the thread you can pull on it as hard as you can. If you can't tighten your original tie, put another tie in the same hole and pull that sucker tight! Use a surgeons knot to keep it from loosening. Kinda hard to tell from your photo, but it looks like you could do another tie a little deeper next time. There will be some pain and irritation, that is normal. Looks like you are going in the right direction. Keep us posted.

It may be look little loose since I knoted 3 ties that is why today I tightened it with some strength now it looks good also for antiseptic I use cipldadin cream.

If taken care of properly (keeping it clean, sea salt soaks, antibiotic cream, don't irritate) almost zero.

Great forum, thanks everyone. I am going to try this too, but want to make sure I pick the right tie points and looking for advice. I am planning three ties as shown in the pic, in this order:
  1. Purple <--> Red
  2. Red <--> Blue
  3. Blue <--> Green.
Going to use 0.5mm stretch magic with a surgeons knot.
Couple questions:
  • Are my points too close to the meatus?
  • Could I do this in two ties and start between red and blue?
  • How long should I wait between tyings?

funlvn4u2 - I would recommend staying away from the meatus a little ways...this will smooth down into the meatus after tying. Tying too close to the meatus makes me nervous as I would not want a large open wound there. Your frenulum looks very straight forward and you will be amazed after you tie! Perhaps brahmanions two tie technique would work for you. (check out his posts for details) One hole, two ties that removes a small wedge of your frenulum in one tying.

I think I'll be doing another tie soon. The scar is still there, but it got softer, and seems it won't dissappear in any near future.
Should I post some more pics for you to see and maybe give me some advice on where to tie?
Cause now I don't have an outside frenulum, and I'll have to go a little deeper into the shaft with a needle.

Hi, tj2 wrote you a good advice. But I would make a piercing when you have a blue dot, wait for healing and make double tie technique then. and then after all is healed you can tie again to adjust.

So, any advice? I was thinking about tying where the green line is in the last picture, or maybe where the red line is. What do you think?

Hey, your pictures are not showing up. I think that someone said that uploading pics as attachments was broken..

Hmm, IMO, green line looks fine.. But wouldn't it be better if you went slightly more to the right of the green line?.. Just slightly..

GhostRider - I agree with ezio...slightly to the right of the green line. It would help if you could post a photo from the side while pulling up on your frenulum. The best place to tie is usually the "V" shape your frenulum makes when you pull out on it. It doesn't look like you have much restriction left from your frenulum from the photos you posted.

Thanks guys. And yes, now after tying I don't have much resttriction anymore. But I think I'll tie just one more time so it'd be perfect. And I'll be done with tying for good.

nice results, the scar will go away soon. I will post mine to compare the scars. I need to make one more tie to polish the result

Thanks. I wonder if scars being gone makes a difference. Cause at first I was 100% sure I need a second tie, but as scars softens I seem to get a little extra freedom. So maybe soon there will be no need for the next tie?
Because I'd rather not do it, if I don't need it. It's scary, and you miss out on sex. And I met a cute girl yesterday, so until I bang her, or get rejected, I won't tie. Don't wanna be like "Sorry baby, but my dick is getting upgrades, you can't use it now" lol.:P

yes, its funny about "my dick is getting upgrades". Just wait and you will see, my dick scars are soften but not completely. One day I will go to the right place to remove them by electro scalpel.

EPIC THREAD!

Wow. Ok so I've been out the loop for a while now (a year or two?) and I've just returned to the forums to see this thread has doubled in size since I last viewed it! Here's to our dicks doing the same.

As soon as I get some time I need to thoroughly read back through the last 20 or so pages haha. Excellent discussion and pictures guys, this will have helped a bunch of people with this frustrating and in many cases disabling problem.

Whilst I'm here I thought I would TIE UP A LOOSE END so to speak ;)

Back when I was first tying my frenulum I also had the annoyance of a Phimotic Ring also known as Phimosis. (I wouldn't be surprised if there was a death/gore metal band with that name somewhere). ANYWAY, I no longer have this problem!

What did I do? Over the last year and a half, life has taken many turns for me with many ups and downs too but ultimately I lost touch with my PE life. Now, over time the rough-looking ringed area of skin below my glans has smoothed out and become 99% blended in with the rest of the shaft's skin! This occurred simply due to the absence of short frenulum-caused tension. (SFT?)

I cannot let simple time and patience win the day however.

JELQING has helped too. I've never been the best when it comes to consistency with my PE workouts but on the days I have Jelqed and stretched I personally believe this has really helped in normalizing the once Phimotic Ring. So, yea I wanted to add that and give credit to the mighty Jelqs.

One technique which I found particularly successful was where you Dry or Wet Jelq half way up the shaft, pause and with your other hand gently squeeze your glans causing your upper chambers of the corpos cavernosos to really bulge and engorge with blood. For me, the Phimotic Ring area was the equatorial target located at the zenith of this bulging squash movement. This I would do when semi-erect and sometimes fully erect. Be very careful doing any exercise erect!

I feel confident that Jelqing, frequent erections, stretches and retracting the foreskin daily will fix this problem if it affects any of you. The majority of my Phimosis was encouraged considerably via the tightening effect of my short frenulum at the time. Frenulum Tying gave me the slack I needed to pretty much completely reduce the tension on the ring of shaft skin. With this tightness no longer existant, the Phimotic Ring was given the chance it needed to be effectively targeted by the simple exercises and also could optimally heal in a more relaxed state. By all means throw some skin creams or oils on too (the only ones I have used are Cocoa Butter and Bio Oil). The Bio Oil is also what I use during a wet jelq session for lubricant.

With that all said, the next chapter will commence in the coming weeks when I can finally return to PE with renewed drive and vigor! What better way to start than with the order of a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hydromax[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words]! rofl

Oh and since this frenulum journey began I went from BPEL of 7" to BPEL 8.3" with a 0.35" increase in girth. Not bad gains with all the inconsistencies and obstacles considered.

I will be paying close attention to how things like shaft skin, frenulum and healed frenulums from tying will go when exercised with a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hydromax[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] regularly.

All the best!

Today I tied my frenulum again. So it's my 3rd tie total. (First tie had to be retied). Seems that me and that girl is not going to work, but what the hell. At least I'm improving myself.

After scars from my first tie healed, I gained 0.25 BPEL. Not that much, but still very nice; especially that it gets me in 8 inch club.
The length gained was mostly from change of the shape of the glans; from more round and flat- mushroom type, to more pointy - like a spear type.
But I gained about an inch in foreskin retaction, and that feeling of freedom is worth much more than a quater inch gain.

Hopefully this tie will be my last. But each tie gets easier. Today it only took me about 45 mins to do it, and 30 of it was waiting for numbing cream to work.
And it wasn't that scary, but my hands were still shaking a little.

And there was a little blood. Not much, but earlier it wasn't any.
Statring soaking in salt water tommorow.
Wish me luck guys.

My tie got loose and I had to do something with it. So I cut it off and tied again, in the same hole. Quick and easy. I had to use numbing cream tho, without it it could get painful anyway.
And it seems the stretch magic I'm using is just too thick. Supposed to be 0.6mm, but I measured and I looks more like 0.8mm. That explains why it doesn't want to cut through properly.
If I ever tie again, I'd have to find some thinner and better stretch magic.
Now just waitning, should cut soon. It was just a thin pice of frenulum left.

I'll be attempting the tie very soon - wish me luck. Does anyone still have access to the Flickr private group? If so, please let me know. My Flickr screen name is Orthanc1 or please DM here. Pretty Nervous

I found this thread through a Google search a few days ago, and I've just finished reading through all of it and registered.

I have moderate frenulum breve, which I've microtorn a few times in the last 15 years, so I'm going to be tying my frenulum soon. Thanks for all the information everyone has given here.

Could someone add me to Flickr group please? My screen name is Johnny S78P. I'll be taking before and after photos.

Great forum; great thread. It seems to me that tying is the best way to deal with a short frenulum. My worry is that I have a reasonably substantial vein running the length of my frenulum and I will have to sever this vein along with the frenulum. It looks to me as though there is no way to tie without including this vein. Others seem to have done this - I suppose that I'm just looking for reassurance before I go for it that tying off a vein won't lead to serious bleeding when the tie breaks through.

So what would be the best sort of needle to use for this? A hollow piercer's needle which you can simply feed the thread through after puncturing the skin, or just a standard sewing needle with an eye that you've threaded beforehand?

Tying the vein was no problem for me. (edit: Also, there was no bleeding when it came apart)

I had a slightly different problem from you guys. I had a tight frenulum, but the exact issue is that I tore a hole through the center of it a couple of years ago. It started out small but kept getting new tears that would open it more and more. A vein runs through the top of the hole. I found this method while researching the surgery options I had. I was recommended to a surgeon who basically was going to take my frenulum.
So, I already had the "needle hole" to start with :)

Here's a picture of each stage of this process. August 17th I made the tie. I tightened it more after this pic, just tugging on the ends. I did a double surgeons knot. Four days later I went to soak it in warm water and when I pulled my forskin back it popped apart.
When it popped, the knot was still tied around the top portion, specifically it was tied around the exposed vein you see in that picture. I'm guessing that the vein tissue doesn't disolve from the knot the way skin tissue does. At any rate I just carefully cut the knot off. As you can see in the picture, the dead end of the vein was just sticking out like that.
It stayed sticking out for nearly a week before it healed over, I was worried through this time.

Last pic is today. Looks pretty normal, I'm happy. The red dot is a microtear I sustained earlier that is still healing, unrelated to this procedure.

Uncheck "Retrieve remote file and reference locally" and it should put the picture as

Looks like my edit went through, you can see the picture now in my original post.

Also, it's still looking better every day. I'll take another picture in a week or so.

last night I decided to cut my frenulum last night, however I cut it with a razor blade. It bled quite a lot, probably a 1/4 cup for about an hour, now there is absolutely no bleeding, my body always stops bleeding within a minute or two. I used lidocaine tho. after I finished I put in some Vit E oil and colloidal silver gel. I felt almost no pain during the whole process, even now when I pee or touch there is no pain. My frenulum looks like yours Temptest on the third picture left to right. will the frenulum "disappear" by healing into the shaft/head? or will I have those pieces of skin like that? Thanks.

Does this affect your sex or masturbation in any way?

As of now it definitely does affect sex/masturbation since it has to heal, I just noticed that the frenulum started to heal and blend in with the glans, I thought it would take at least 4 days. I have a question for the others tho, do you keep the foreskin retracted or do you keep the head covered? I have to say it was great it seems like I gained 1/2 inch in size.

Oh I see. I'd like to see it once its fully healed how it cooperates with sex

I have a feeling that if I didn't already have the hole there, it would have healed better into the gland, since the skin had already healed and formed scar along the inside of the hole that had been there for a few years. However, the top portion has healed entirely into the gland and is unnoticable, and the piece on the bottom portion has shrunk more since the last picture.

As for sex, I was able to have sex pretty soon after. about a week and a half, with no condom and no discomfort.

Hi,

is there anyway that i could be added to the flickr page. I have read alot on this topic especially at matter of size.com and I am looking to attempt the tying process.

The problem I have is that I would like to be able to see pictures of where the initial tying takes place. and also pics of additional ties to understand how complex the process is.

Kind Regards,
