Hello, I've lurked this thread on and off for around a year and a half since I discovered my frenulum was short and not letting me pull back completly when hard. I can when I'm soft and its almost there when I'm semi-hard but it just hurts and forms like a band around the base of my head when I'm fully hard trying to pull back. I think I'm finally ready to tie my frenulum so I can pull back my foreskin completly when hard. I've attached some pics of my tight frenulum when soft/semi hard and also when fully hard pulled back as much as I can without pain. I was wondering where would be best to tie?View attachment 1828260View attachment 1828261View attachment 1828262

Thanks guys! Any other advice would be appreciated too!

Not far off what mine looked like when I started. I did my first as close to the shaft and as close to the tip as possible then went from there.

Go see a doctor, it definitely looks tight.

Hello gents!
Hope all is well. On that note I'm a bit frustrated with the insane progress I've been making with the Srt routine, boy does it work however my frenulum has begun to tear and now im a bit stuck as to what i should do. I've been pumping for a good 6 months now and have been doing the Srt routine for about a month, and have gotten more gains this month than the past 6. Im assuming that my frenulum is tearing because of the gains im making but I dont know what to do and was hoping for some advice and suggestions. Should I push through the pain and keep on with srt until the frenulum rips on its own or should I stop and let it heal and then continue with the Srt program? Or should i look in to tying the frenulum? The second option seems a bit pointless since I think the tear is because im growing so If I'm going to get bigger im going to run in to the same issue after the frenulum has healed but I may be wrong with my growth assumption. Idrk guys I'd really appreciate it some advice, I'm excited with this program and want to continue but my frenulum is being a bitch and stinging like a mofo when I pull back on the foreskin but I'll do what's necessary to get the girth i want, let me know my friends. Also I've attached some pics of the tear to get a good suggestion of pushing through or tying it up.

Looks something like what I had a long time ago, due to pumping and growth.

I favor shea butter and other natural skin conditioners, the usual suggestion is Bacibactrin and Hydrocortisone 1%.
You could try some of those and see how your frenulum reacts. No need to tie it yet from my point of view.
I personally took a small break and conditioned the skin and then stepped back into my routines carefully. I feel that with easier training and supplementing with some solution you could continue your routine, possibly just easing on the intensity.

I do symphatize with the sting! But with a proper care it'll cure quite quickly and then you continue with a harder routine.
I think it's a good thing to vary the exercises and the force put into them anyway, as in to give the body different kind of signals to keep the gains going.

Hi guys,
Glad I found this forum.
Stubbled across frenulum tying as I recently had an issue with balanitis which I think is due to the tightness of my foreskin. My main penis vein seems to strangulate around which rests under my helmet when my foreskin retracts. The same main vein is pulled up tight by my frenulum.
So today, took the plunge and did my first time as close to the glands as possible.

Will keep you updated on the progress.
Thanks for all your detailed posts, really helped me out. ?

So after using a sewing needle and 0.13mm fishing wire. I finished my first tie.
Was a little sensitive the first day but couldn't feel it even there after that, unless I pulled at the knot.
Salt water bathed it once a day, kept it clean, used sudocream through the day which also helped it cut through.

To my surprise to only took 4 and a half days to cut through. Currently 3 days in to the healing stage now, and feels better every day that passes.

As you can see I need another tie to separate further from the bottom of my glands, really excited to see the out-come of that now.

Hi guys, this thread on frenulum tying is awesome it has given me the confidence to do my own tie. Ever since I started the SRT 5*5 program, the growth I've gotten has caused my frenulum to tear. I've let the frenulum heal completely since the first tear, but once I started the SRT program again the frenulum tore once more. So I figured I need a frenulum tie to continue the growth I was getting, or stretch until I rip the banjo but that's another level pain tolerance that I tried an failed, the sting I would get just by retracting the foreskin when peeing was too much. I've read this procedure a few times on the forum and judged it to be pretty simple and safe with proper sanitation methods. So far I have a suture kit, betadine, triple antibiotic cream and Zensa 5% lidocaine, topical anesthetic. I should have everything I need to make the first tie. On another note I was wondering if anybody has suggestions, comments, or past experiences on using Lidocaine only anesthetic cream as oppose to EMLA cream( 2.5% Lidocaine & 2.5% Prilocaine) which is the main recommended topical anesthetic to use for this procedure. I can't find the EMLA cream anywhere online or pharmacies without a prescription and finding a doctor to prescribe this cream is very difficult, I talked to a couple and got denied. I was hoping to know if any of you guys used an alternate Lidocaine anesthetic cream that worked or if it hurt mildly, moderate or severe. Also if you didn't use any topical anesthetic for the procedure was there any pain (mild, moderate or severe)?
As of right now I'm planning to use the Zensa 5% lidocaine only cream and find out if the pain will be tolerable or not, all comments, suggestions or past experiences would be very helpful and appreciated!

I made three ties without any form of anaesthetic. I did some experiments piercing with the needle until I was ready to make the tie. To my surprise the pain was very mild and easily tolerable. Good luck if you decide to do it.

Just follow the directions that the successful brothers! You will be able to do a very clean and professional job, just follow the directions perfectly. If it’s too much you can always go to the doctor but it’s a relatively easy operation. I have no frenulum I accidentally sliced mine off years ago. My penis was so tight before that happened and after it happened my penis loosened up and I was able to make even greater length gains.

What an incredible job! So clean and so professional! Excellent work my brother

Спасибо! Старался. Использовал обычную швейную иглу, антисептик, капроновую нить, пластырь, раствор лидокаина 2%. Не больно и быстро заживает.
