looked down when I woke up and seen that the ties have attached which I’m very happy about with no pain but there is still a little skin tag and would like to know if I should tie it off and also just gonna let it heal for a couple of days and continue to use antiseptic cream , Any replies would be appreciated

@yytvgyvg the final result looks great dude. I would suggest to wait for some days so that it heals a little bit more. I also had a skin tag similar to you, but now it looks flat as the skin gets stretched with time, and it's been more than a year and the extra space I got in the frenulum area is more than one inch, because it gets stretched with time I guess. Are you going to do more ties or this is your final one?

so i had a nice wank and i feel like all the sensitivity is still there but my foreskin still doesnt want to retract much further after the glans though it does pull back smoother in the semi erect stage . For sure man it makes your penis much softer which helps the ties cut through if you can do it 3 times a day for 10 minutes that would be enough and would definitely speed up and keep your cock clean and bacteria free.

Ive been reading this thread and I what I would like to say is this is risky..
I have asked a general surgeon about this issue since my cousin is one (and I am a dental surgeon) and what he said was surgeons usually wont touch that area (the frenular delta -you can google it up) even in a circumcision nowadays unless the person is having premature ejaculation..which is in theory correct because you lose so much nerve endings.as you see in adult entertainment actors they keep on for much longer than average people..someone might think that's even better.. but what he said literally was "If you touch that area it will destroy your life".it means it will reduce the sensation so bad that it will never feel the same..because if the frenular arteries and veins get damaged- it will cause "meatal stenosis" which is narrowing the hole on your penis where urine comes out..(most known case is jimmy kimmel) this is the most common complication of circumcision.which will make urination time much longer and much painful.
so what This tying business does is - it depends on person to person cause there are so many variations..
BUT while you are tying,and the arteries or veins are caught within the string..needless to say it WILL cause complications..
But people need solutions don't they?people are reading this because they have this issue..
So I will give you some soultions..
there are many solutions that are not possible without a surgical theatre- which are
1. circumcision - with frenular delta untouched (in cases of phimosis mostly- google it up)
2. frenuloplasty - which is the surgery related to this DIY method by a DOCTOR.
3. And Ive read some studies regarding this issue which revealed a method of correction which is Using a Diathermy/hyfrecation scalpel..
other method is The natural damage method which means the natural ripping of frenulum ("banjo string rip")..
natural method is absolutely safe because it does no harm to nerves or vessels because though it bleeds it only rips the SKIN ONLY..
I know you are frustrated by now..but here me out,
The above 3rd method I am going to explain in simple. what they does is - They put an extremely shallow cut on the tightest point in frenulum by a diathermy which actually "cuts while it burns" so no bleeding occurs..then the skin is pulled down very slowly but FIRMLY.so it will slowly rip downwards opening up the frenulum but since the initial cut was made by a diathermy there is no bleeding..until upto satisfactory amount of release..
And none of people who underwent this method developed meatal stenosis..thats the good thing about this..absolutely safe.
Then comes the question - People don't have diathermies at there houses..
then whats the solution..?
My suggestion is
you first see where you are and whats ur condition..u pull the frenulum away from
your penile shaft and hold a good light from one side and look from the other side..you will clearly see the veins and structures outlined by the light..
if you are willing to do tying use this methd and avoid bigger structures and you should be fine..but I would not think in some cases it would not provide enough relief due to the inability to go deep due to the presence of veins (in case you didn't know veins go like a snake,not in a straight line so its easier to identify) But that's all u can go down..if you tie down much deeper with veins then that's when the issue starts..

procedure is -
sterilize everything,
Use surgical gloves,
use betadine to clean the area.
use topical anaesthesia gel(numbing cream)on all of the frenulum.. let it be for 5 MINUTES to work.
with a blade cut the most tightest area of the frenulum (extremely shallow cut)-only until a cut is visible (like a painting brush stoke as mentioned in surgical books)
No pain-trust me..gel does its work upto 2mm deep and 2mm deep only so don't ever go deeper.
then pull down on the frenulum very slowly, but firmly as mentioned in the above method..
it will release about 2mm and then comes the BIG RIP-due to firm pull downward
Be ready for bleeding because it WILL bleed and a lot..but as I have seen A LOT of bleeding,i would now say that wasn't THAT much of a bleeding.
but it will soon stop because only skin is being ripped..I wiped the initial blood with cotton.then bit more bleeding and wiped off that too and bleeding stoped in about 1 minute.

the next day also I used topical anaesthesia and looked up and pulled some more and released about 2mm..it will move easily the second day since wound is still new..no bleeding after the first time I must say.
if you are a person squeamish and never saw some amount of bleeding before-
this could be intimidating.
but checked the size of the opening of penis for urine before the procedure
and upto now I don't have any meatal stenosis..
release is instant takes about 1 to two hours because people don't have 3 hands..

method is a perfect replication of natural ripping but we are only giving it a little push by making a cut.

I agree with some points you have but then there are hundreds of people that have helped themselves and said they didnt lose sensitivity and some would rather lose sensitivity and actually have there penis do what its meant to do .
As far as surgery goes if you ask for a frenuplasty theyre gonna cut alot more then the frenulumn and cause more damage then people tying it off or lengthening it because theyre cutting veins and skin and it seems awful when you can achieve your goal with less pain and recovery time

its worked for some people and if use an emla im sure it wouldnt be too painful but there would be more chance of infection and would reccomend tying over cutting because it slowly cuts through and when it comes off you wont even feel it
when you tie you also have no pain except it could get abit sore when you pull back your foreskin because theres a tie on your frenulumn but just retract it slowly when you wanna soak your penis in the salty water and you will have a better result and will be less painful for you

yes you can get infected if your blood sugar levels are sky rocketing,yes if you are undergoing heavy load of medication,yes if you are already sick.... other than that if you stick to sterile aseptic techniques you will have no problem..btw its MORE like a RIPPING method than actually a cutting method..yes tying is slow and bloodless..but never got sore after the first day..even that was extremely mild..if you believe in tying by all means go ahead if you cant afford a surgeon..bit be safe..dont tie major structures..thats all....by the way if you are on any kind of a medication or having any kind of a medical issue pls don't try this..i repeat DONT try this method..specially if you are on any drug like aspirin/clopidogrel or warfarin (blood thinners) you gonna find yourself a coffin if you try that with them..its worked for some people and if use an emla im sure it wouldnt be too painful but there would be more chance of infection and would reccomend tying over cutting because it slowly cuts through and when it comes off you wont even feel it

As I said,this technique depend on person to person on what they are actually having..some have extremely less pronounced vein on under side of shaft and some have a Freakin poppin veins..thats when you should be careful..

Nobody is going to cut anything without informing a patient explaining whats going to happen and what are the things that can go wrong..its called informed consent..they are well informed of the procedure beforehand..yes there are so many variations of frenulum so only few percentage of people get affected..that should also be noted..yes some people have strange wishes don't they..??They ALWAYS discuss what patients want before the surgery and make changes on what they going to cut and what not to..
